Never buying a LG product again.
Purchased a LG oled from Currys for over £1200, the most expensive TV I have ever purchased. After 2 years it just stopped working...... apparently only certain oled models have the 5 year screen guarantee, which they need! After speaking to a TV repair company they said, stay clear of the oleds, they use 10x's the power and don't normally last 2 years.The only help I got from LG was "if you pay £399 we will send someone out to repair it". If I'm going to spend £399 it won't be with a company like LG! I'd rather put it towards a Samsung qled with 5 year warranty.And no, I don't want the 10% off a new TV that you gave me as a gesture of goodwill.

Very shady company
I would be highly wary of any product purchased from LG. I was recently informed that my speaker I purchased from them a few years ago has been "discontinued." This means that the entire thing is unusable. Customer support have been obtuse and unhelpful - I think they expect me to buy another! You cannot trust this company.

I strongly advise against buying an LG dishwasher. I purchased their top-of-the-line LG Studio model, and it has been a complete disappointment.First, the cleaning performance is unacceptable. During my ownership, I've experienced:Completely rusted dish racksGaskets that literally turned to gooA cracked duct connectorA leaking lower gasket... and more.And before anyone blames the water supply: I have a comprehensive, multi-filter water system at home that provides exceptionally high-quality water. The water is absolutely not the issue here; the machine is.Save yourself the money and the headache. Look elsewhere! I had a GE profile dishwasher at my previous home that lasted 14 years and still running.

LG customer support not very helpful, after you need ask rhem for a help never resolve your issues, they think carry on your own issues. Never again buying any Lg product. Some people maybe like it until facing issues thats thw time they cab figure out.Based on my experience
