Le Creuset has amazing customer service
I have bought many pieces of Le Creuset over the years. They have held up Great and been well worth the money in my opinion. I had one recently that really was my fault as far as the damage that was sustained. I left it on a burner with no water in it and it fused to my cooktop. I contacted the company with photos and told them what happened because they do have a very good warranty. They told me that this was not a warranty covered issue, but they went ahead and sent me a replacement pot anyway! Who does that? These pots are pricey, but they hold up for many lifetimes and to work with a company that has such incredible customer service is amazing.

Factory structural defect
Purchased a new 9qt deep round pot on February 14, 2026. Made chicken soup on Tuesday. While washing after I noticed a large "pimple" on the outside. I went back to the store today and was offered another port that also had a defect. The exterior coating was over sprayed on the top lip of the pan. I said no I paid almost $400 for this pot it's not a blemish or a second it had a "white label". The store personnel then called the manager on the phone there was NO manager in the store. They came back to the counter then told me they would file a warranty claim. I said why it's defective. They said the manager told them too. Now in case the stores don't know warranty only covers the interior of the pot. They 100% should know this . They had me leave the pot. I left the store and called corporate. They were nice they looked up my warranty claim and said it was already denied. They then asked how long I had it as they have a 45 day satisfaction guarantee. I said I had it 8 days. They said the store should absolutely refund it. There products are not great anymore. There is no quality control. And get this the store said I should have thoroughly inspected it before leaving the store. I asked why don't they do that?? No answer. The continued to say it was cosmetic. I didn't pay for a second or a blemish I paid a lot of money for what should have been a great pot. Instead I got a pot with a structural issue. This brand use to be great. Looks like maybe they are manufactured in China today. Stay away not great quality horrible customer service

As much as I love the cookware I am very disappointed with their customer service. I placed an order for over $700 & it was shipped to the wrong address. No o e reached out to me so I contacted customer service. After waiting for 30 minutes on the phone I was told that I had to reorder the entire order and wait 7-14 business days to receive my refund. I have another order in my cart for over $1000 & now I’m wondering if I should go with another company. You would think that a company that has a reputation for high quality products would have high quality customer service. Extremely disappointing!!!

Great Product Abysmal Customer Service
I've had a number of Le Creuset pots for between 30 and 40 years and they have been great. Sadly, I had a recent problem with one where two pieces of enamel pinged off. It's obviously not a manufacturing fault as I've been using the pot for 40 years. I don't think it was anything I did as the pot was heated before I turned the gas up.I wrote asking if the pot was still usable, if it could be repaired and what I should do to avoid it happening to the others. I didn't ask for a replacement, I didn't ask them for a replacement or complain, as I'm able to accept that age and my unfamiliarity with gas hobs (we just moved house) are probably to blame. I wasn't even aware they had a lifetime guarantee until I went on the website looking for help. The answers, when I was able to get any (the original query was returned by the email system and the chat operator tried to avoid answering half the questions, were pretty standard and what common sense and the internet had already suggested, so it wasn't really worth the effort of making contact. However, what did come through loud and clear, and more than once, was that my pot wasn't guaranteed. I never asked that. And having been told that, I didn't dispute it. That wasn't why I was getting in contact. So they told me again. And again. They also told me that the pictures I had provided showed wear and tear and signs of abuse - subtext being that the enamel damage was my fault.Just one problem - I had not provided any photos! They later emailed me to offer me a 30% discount as a "goodwill gesture". Well, what do I say? Goodwill? You must be joking. I contacted them looking for advice and basically got hostility in return. I won't be taking them up on the offer of the discount as it's still an expensive pot, even at the discount rate, and the customer service has left a very negative impression. So there you have it - all pots made after 2020 do have a lifetime guarantee. If you want a great pot, a great guarantee (though I suspect they may not be keen to back it up based on my experience) and hostile and unhelpful customer service, this is the product for you.

They're Dishonest and Thieves
Definitely not Cousance. I'm sad to say I'm very disappointed in my new 12qt, Cerise, stock pot. I just received it last night. This particular one is made in Thailand. The ones I bought from QVC are made in China. And Another pan I have is an original Wood Handle fry pan made in France by Cousance #28, from the original owners before it has been sold off to Le Creuset. Let me tell you, this stock pot is not worth the price nor close to the quality of its original origin. I saw the Amazon reviews and thought maybe it'll be better directly, no. It smelled of hardcore chemicals. The paint coating is uneven and poor quality. There were some scratches on the lid and paint missing inside the handles. Now their label it has is just a sticker in the front. I'm unsure if it's meant to be removed but when washing it, the sticker started going south. I would buy this pot for $45 maybe, but not $120. I recommend going elsewhere for a lifelong, generational, stock pot.I have tried multiple time to leave an honest review and they keep moderating it because it's not a lying, positive review. I use to love their product and now because they won't let those of us that are truly let down and want to speak our minds, try to remedy it or even let us have our voice. It's really a shame. I will never buy another one of their products due to the quality and their image control, which is sad to say because their whole kitchen set for about $1,200 was what I wanted. Glad I came to my senses before buried myself in even more regret there.Do not buy them. They are not what they use to be and it's really stealing and dishonest. Makes me sad for those of us that just want a nice set of dishes to last and be passed down, but they swindle you into a big fake hole of regret.Save yourself the trouble. I would have rather bought a Lodge cast iron from Walmart.

Lifetime warranty is a lie
We bought a pan from Le Creuset and it started wearing off after using it for 3 times. The nonstick coating literally came off and now it cannot be used anymore. We tried to reach for customer service because theoretically they have a lifetime warranty but their excuse was that we made the pan too hot. We have a perfectly normal stove, it is unthinkable that a "premium" brand cannot handle a normal stove. It is even worse when they sponsor a lifetime warranty just to dodge any complaints when the warranty should actually be used. Will never use them again

A chip appeard in my hardly used fairly new aga kettle, underneath you could see some grey primer and bare metal. It looked like there was a fault and the enamel had not adhered properly.

I bought my beautiful LE Creuset top of…
I bought my beautiful LE Creuset top of the line pans most expensive and thought they would honor the warranty since one pan top had a defect and was not chipped you could see it was just not sprayed right or the enamel did not stick correctly. I was told it would be covered on the phone.Of course after I submitted and asked for a reconsideration they denied it. I found this defect less than a year after I bought them for my home was still being finished and I wanted to save them for the new home. I should have checked them yes and turned into Williams Sonoma but with the quality of having the pans before and no issues with my ex spouse who took them I was not worried. Be worried for the warranty is worthless they stand by nothing from my experience. You can clearly see in my photo that the finish is bad and it is not a chip. I wish I could attach the photo on here. The person on the other end that responded was kind of rude I felt when I asked to have it reviewed again. I never had this issue ever on any of my items with Le Creuset and have spent over $5000.00 with plates ect in the past. I have lost faith in this company that use to stand by there products. Now I had to send my information on the complaint to them in order to keep this review up. I had one lid that was bad in all my experience when I unpacked the brand new box. I have plates all the accessories all matching for my kitchen.

Awful Customer Service
Awful Customer Service. Just absolutely horrendous now, I don't know whats happened to them because they used to be helpful. Now they will come up with any excuse not to help or stand by their products. Lost so much money on a return recently in fees they charged me that I will never buy anything again.

Absolute Disappointment
This entire process has been completely unacceptable and unprofessional on the part of Le Creuset. I am extremely disappointed in the utter lack of customer service. I placed an order for a paella pan on 7/27/2025 (09959625). I received your crepe pan TWICE!! The order was processed incorrectly twice!! The first time I received the crepe pan, I was told that I could not receive the paella pan until I returned that crepe pan. I returned that crepe pan and had to inquire about the shipment of the paella pan several days after the initial crepe pan was received by Le Creuset. It WAS NOT shipped as I was told it would be. I waited for the second shipment to be processed only to receive the crepe pan yet again. When I asked again for the paella pan, I was told that I could not receive it until I shipped the second crepe pan back to Le Creuset. This process was so unsettling that I asked for a refund, and I am still waiting for the refund, even after the 14 days I was originally told. Now I am told to wait 5-7 business days. I can safely guess that I currently own more than $5000 worth of Le Creuset, and now when I am in my kitchen I am reminded at the ridiculous process this has been. Even if I had never purchased a single piece of Le Creuset in the past, the handling of this matter by Le Creuset has been the most egregious process I have experienced, but the fact that I have spent so much money on Le Creuset is an absolute slap in the face. Clearly, Le Creuset has no appreciation for returning customers.

Le Creuset 3 ply non-stick stainless frying pan
I have bought the Le Creuset stainless steel frying pan as I believed in the quality. Unfortunately, within a few months the non- stick part started to peel off. I have tried to contact Le Creuset company who claims to provide a lifetime warranty but instead of honouring the warranty was told that I must have handled it in a wrong way and therefore must have caused it myself. I have never had such issue with any other frying pan. I would never buy from Le Creuset again. Outrages quality and customer service!

Great Cookware, But Beware — the “Lifetime Guarantee” Has Surprising Limits.
Le Creuset: Great Cookware, But Beware — the “Lifetime Guarantee” Has Surprising Limits.Reference: LC:01070014133We’ve been loyal Le Creuset users for over a decade and always recommended their products to others — until now. One of our enamelled cast iron pots began to discolour and chip, and despite using it carefully over the years (mostly hand-washed, wooden utensils, gas hob, and common cooking oils), we were told the damage was due to “overheating” and not covered under their lifetime guarantee.Let that sink in:A premium cast iron cooking pot was apparently damaged by... heat.We use this pot to make curries and stews on a standard gas stove — nothing extreme, just everyday cooking. Yet Le Creuset claimed the visible discolouration was consistent with “high heat exposure”, and labelled the issue as wear and tear, refusing to replace it.So if you’re thinking of investing in Le Creuset, be aware:Using medium to high heat — as most recipes require — can allegedly void your guarantee.Their definition of "lifetime guarantee" seems to exclude normal use on a stove.Their offer? A 30% discount on a new pan — effectively asking us to pay again for a product that didn’t live up to expectations. We loved their cookware, but this response doesn’t align with the brand's premium reputation. The guarantee sounds impressive until you actually try to use it.

The lifetime guarantee is a joke!
The Le Creuset lifetime guarantee is a joke! I’ve had my very expensive frying pan for less than 2 years, I emailed them with pictures of the pan as it’s losing its non-stick to be told that I’ve heated the pan up too much and used it incorrectly? Bearing in mind I’ve never overheated it, washed it by hand, never used metal implements in it and it’s still falling apart with less than 2 years use. Just a terrible service and a terrible pan! Won’t ever buy from them again.
