If you need a multi-language / multi-lingual website - do NOT use LearnWorlds. You will pay double or more, depending on how many languages you need. They say they allow multiple languages, this is only on the website. If you use the app, you have to pay for a new language per app. This is not communicated on their website, and you should look at other options or at least know the price for each langauge.
I chose LearnWorlds because the learner experience is genuinely superior to other platforms I explored. I’m building a consumer-facing course for an over-50 audience, so the learner experience and support really matter. I wanted to run a cohort-based programme with gamification baked in, and LearnWorlds delivers that beautifully.I also needed the flexibility of a third-party email autoresponder, so I’ve paired it with Kit — and the combination gives me a powerful set of tools for onboarding and communication.The biggest win for me has been customer support. Whenever I’ve hit an issue, the team have been quick to respond (often within minutes), and the tone is consistently helpful and human — not copy-and-paste. Even when something has felt a bit fiddly to set up, support has got me unstuck quickly.5 stars from me — it’s been one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in recent years.
The customer service is above and beyond everytime! LearnWorlds has always been so kind and informative when I need their assistance. The tool is robust and, after researching high and low, I realized it was the best for the price and features. There is no shortage of features and if there’s something I can’t find, the customer service or dev team is there to help. Highly recommend and I wouldn’t use another platform for virtual courses!
I want to really applaud the team at LearnWorlds, as I've noticed continuous updates to the service, such as an updated layout when selecting a user, which looks crisp. They recently released some solid "quality of life" upgrades on the platform that have made using the service more enjoyable, such as when I manually want to enroll a student in a course. (The search feature of my courses and the ability to enroll a person in multiple courses at my tier level was really well done!)I appreciate that the LearnWorlds team continues to work on the product, for the excellent customer service that I've received from your team over the past year, and for avoiding the pitfalls of "enshittification". Working with the LearnWorlds platform is not a burden, and that's deeply appreciated on my end!
Great technical support! Had a question about how to download videos from the course library, which wasn't a normal function, and they activated the feature for me to retrieve the videos in less than 24 hours.
User friendly and packed full of tools to help all types of learners. Learnworlds is giving us in agricultural education a way to move with technology and not delay access to knowledge and resources.

Dimitra from their Customer Support was so prompt in responding! She even shot a video for me to help us get unstuck with our operations problem in the backend of our school. We've been using LearnWorlds for 3 years now and with the new updates, we'd say it's worth to keep on betting with them as our LMS provider.
I checked a lot of platform for online-courses. Most of them were confusing. Learnworlds is very clear and nice to handle. Furthermore they have an academy, where a lot of free courses are, that help you build up your own online-school. But what really is phenomenal and groundbreaking is their support. You have at first a chatbot, if that doesn't help you can mail the support (just click a button). You get immediately an answer by a AI, if you still need help, you get contact with a human person and those answers come the same day or at least the following day! Great!
They always available and provide quick support, and consistent as well - when still stuck on anything along the way, they always stay with you and follow up until you're all set.
I'm using LearnWorlds for work, and I'm really enjoying using the platform. It's simple on the surface, but deep enough to really meet our needs as an established, accredited training institution. However, what's even more impressive is the speediness and eagerness to please of their support team. They really have a 'can do' attitude, and have made my experience with their software all the more satisfactory. Thanks LW team!

Saved me a lot of time
I was having a problem knowing what to explain, but Dimitra understood and was quick to walk us through the necessary steps to fix the problems.
Paid for LearnWorlds for 2 years while developing my course and now when its time to upload everything you should know this before you buy:Its great, the functions are great, it has a great interface, loads of functions and so on. But here is what you should know. A product is not better than its weakest link, and for me that is the videolibrary. It has basically transformed my progress from going smooth to being a nightmare. My course has a lot of quizzes and for each question i have a video to go through the question, but to actually assign the videos to that is a nightmare due to the videolibrary. You have absolutely no way of sorting the library in any way. No folders, no sorting by date, name and most importantly no searchfunction. Basically its just all your videos (for me 400 of them) loaded in randomly. I did my naming properly so i thought i could find them easily. But imagine you have to go through and pinch your eyes while scrolling through hundreds of videos to find the exact one. And now imagine doing that (in my case) 400 times. Thats hours and hours of very tirering scrolling and focus just because it lacks on of the most basic functions in history. I have reached out, but no answer. My best quess is that they know it, but want you to use external storage at vimeo or somewhere else to link, but those options costs as much as learnworlds themselves. If you have a lot of videos, you shouldnt underestimate this post...

The customer support is fast and kind. The LMS is also very user-friendly, even for someone without a programming background like me, and it has made both my life and my business much easier.
