Good communication and reliability, would recommend!
Lee came round to my house at short notice to check the boiler issues, saw that I needed a new boiler due to it's age- and that afternoon I had a quote emailed through.Communication was good throughout the process, and the new boiler was installed three days later.

Urgent replacement of gas boiler
We urgently needed to replace a gas boiler and we got an immediate confirmed date & price from L&P - the installation was tricky requiring scaffolding for external access which L&P arranged. They arrived on time and completed the work with the minimum of disruption, leaving the room clean & tidy. Very happy to recommend L&P and we'll be using them for the annual servicing.

Excellent service throughout. When our old boiler died we spent some time shopping around until we found L & P. Lee came out quickly to undertake the survey for a new Worcester boiler and was a pleasure to deal with throughout. Within a few days his team of Mat and Max arrived to fit the new boiler which was in and fully working by lunchtime. Amazing - and a very neat installation. The whole process couldn’t have been easier and the price was very competitive. We are very happy (and warm) bunnies!

Would highly recommend
I recently had my boiler serviced by this company and was really impressed with the whole experience. The communication was excellent from start to finish, clear, timely, and really helpful. The engineer arrived as promised and carried out the service efficiently. Great service overall, and I’ll definitely be using them again.

Boiler replacement
When the hot water supply from my boiler stopped Lee came in at short notice and as the boiler was old we agreed it was time for a replacement. His team came a few days later and did an excellent job removing the old one and fitting the new in just a few hours. Quick, clean and a great service.

The team that arrived on time at 7.30 am were extremely efficient and did an amazing job fitting a brand new boiler and cylinder in extremely cold conditions .I would have no hesitation recommending this company for any boiler repairs or replacements. excellent service !

L & P Heating installed our new gas boiler and provided an excellent service from start to finish. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed the installation to a very high standard. As soon as the boiler was in stock
As soon as the boiler was in stock, was fitted and the old boiler and its rubbish was cleared. At the end of the job someone came to make sure the boiler was burning correctly. I recommend this company 100 per cent.

Lee came and gave me a quote for a new boiler no pressure selling and l was honest with him and said l have another company coming for a second price l knew right away Lee would have the job before they turned up the second company came not only were they £600 dearer but we’re not as professional Lee also gave me advice on my gas cooker which is now working properly what a gentleman 10 out of 10 Lee
