I book a ticket from Delhi to Amritsar for 5th February nearly 2 weeks advance and the status was confirmed but one day before the journey I received email that my ticket is not confirmed and I can apply for refund, i applied for refund and have not received till today that's really frustrating and a bad experience. It was my first time i booked tickets using kiwi and had a really bad experience.

Attempted to buy tickets online again but the site wouldnโt let me proceed and didnโt give me an explanation. Iโm in a new country and itโs not easy finding answers so I just went to the airline site and it was extremely easy.

Really easy to use and clear website to book tickets. My only issue was that I couldn't cancel a refund I requested but great service in total!
The chosen flight times advertised for our flights were perfect because they were the only times we could For some reason,after purchasing, I received an email with different flight times. Due to policy, both Kiwi and Ryanair insisted my trip was set in stone. Of course, I could pay double! We lost almost โฌ600. Never again!

extremely disappointed with Kiwi.comMy official invoice clearly states that I had 'Hand Baggage, 10 kg' included for EUR 0.00. However, when I got to the boarding gate for my flight from Mรกlaga to Barcelona, the airline (Ryanair) charged me a 50 EUR fine.They claimed that 'Hand Baggage' was not included and that my 10 kg bag counted as an extra item. When I contacted Kiwi.com support, they tried to excuse themselves by saying 'Hand Baggage' actually meant a 'small personal item'.This is misleading and deceptive. In the aviation industry, 'Hand Baggage' refers to a cabin suitcase, not a purse or a laptop bag. Their own legal document led me to this error. I still use it in the AI dominated world so it's useful. Not always super relevant though.
They made a mistake in my booking and gave me no refund. Will never use kiwi again.
