Avoid at all costs

I purchased them for 2 months and actually found a critical error that made canceling difficult. Finally contacted them about it, and they were less interested in the bug and more interested in finding a way to keep my money for the up coming month, which was a substantial amount.The communications felt more like a court case rather than a customer support chat. Very very dissapointed in Fin and Gem at customer service, not sure if they get bonuses or rewarded for such behavior but very sad. They eventually stopped responding all together, even after I provided documented proof of the error.

A rapid decline in service

I’ve been using Kajabi for about 18 months and I have to say, I have built a fairly successful online course on the platform. When I first joined, everything worked smoothly and I would have confidently recommended it. Unfortunately, my experience has changed significantly over time.The biggest issue has been the decline in customer service quality. While support does respond, the replies often consist of unnecessary clarifying questions that seem designed to delay resolution rather than solve the problem. When answers finally come, they are frequently vague and unhelpful. As a business owner, this is extremely frustrating when you’re dealing with time-sensitive issues.Since the introduction of Kajabi Payments — which you are more or less pushed to use unless you want to pay additional commissions — I’ve experienced multiple problems with receiving payments. These are serious issues for any business, and I have not been able to get clear or effective support from their team to resolve them.About 90% of my income has been tied to Kajabi, and that level of dependency has started to feel far too risky given the current level of support and reliability. I’ve now decided to move to another platform, even though migration is a major amount of work. I wish I had more carefully considered how locked-in you become once your business is built inside one ecosystem.On top of this, Kajabi recently raised their prices with very little advance notice, while at the same time reducing key limits such as contacts. Paying more while receiving fewer resources and weaker support is hard to justify.Based on my early experience, I would have recommended Kajabi without hesitation. Based on my experience now, I would not. If you choose Kajabi, understand that you are placing a critical part of your income infrastructure in their hands — and in my experience, they no longer treat that responsibility with the level of care and respect customers deserve.

A great all round premium offering

I’ve used Kajabi since May 2020 for my online learning business and have always found it a very comprehensive, reliable and easy to use service. Tbh there’s lots of functionality I haven’t even looked into how to utilise.The website builder and course builder is very intuitive and you can make a really decent site and courses from it. Back-end is comprehensive too. I think the blog feature could be improved to allow more customisation, ideally to a similar level as their webpages.The price is appropriate for a premium offering and I’m happy to pay it. I enjoy using Kajabi!

If I could give 0 stars I would.

If I could give 0 stars I would.I have just spent nearly 3 hours removing and recreating my products and pages that were not working properly. They confmired this. Customer service was not able to fix things and then eventually claimed it was all working (yes.. becasue I re made it all). I have just sat for 3 hours and listened to lies, twisting the situation and then blaming me for remaking my product (I am in the middle of a launch). In no other industry would a company get away with treating customers (who are paying a mint) like this. Its disgusting and I wish I never signed up to them. I strongly encourage anyone to just completely avoid them. I now have days and days of work ahead of me.

After subscribing

After subscribing, I was diagnosed with MS and went through an extremely difficult period in my life, physically, mentally, and financially. During that time, canceling a subscription was understandably not a priority.Despite explaining my situation, the company showed zero empathy or flexibility. Instead, they continued charging my account and took almost $1,000 CAD, even though I never used the platform once.This experience showed a complete lack of human understanding. No compassion, no support, just taking money during one of the hardest moments of my life.I will never use this platform again and strongly caution others to think twice before subscribing, especially if you expect any level of care or fairness when things go wrong.

Used to be a great company..

Used to be a great company... Now, they just make updates that don't make sense and are not working correctly... a few things that are BAD: - we can't upload subtitles manually to videos anymore. We used to have a track for two languages... now after Kajabi's super bad update, not possible anymore- overview of automations is SO bad. Many Kajabi users have mentioned it, but Kajabi just doesn't listen- can't delete affiliate coupons so it always shows the coupon field on checkout (although there is no coupon connected to the offer)- community is full of bugs, bad interface- support is the worst ever. You asked them something and they literally just give you false information

Deplorable Customer Service. Deserves its "F" Rating by Better Business Bureau

This company utterly fails to abide by industry standards and CAN-SPAM requirements, lies about its customer support, providing virtually none - except canned replies by bots to inquiries, or unresponsive, vague replies to customer questions for days. Just call their telephone number 855-452-5224 where you will hear them tell you not to leave a message because they won't respond. Horrible company that deserves its "F" rating by Better Business Bureau.After reading Kajabi's false reply to my complaint, I'd like to update my comments by pointing out to potential future or present customers that Kajabi's reply is another example of lying about customer support - there is no "specialized department" working to assist us. They sent a canned or vague email to us, responded to none of our questions, repeated irrelevant past canned policy claims, and have disappeared for another two days without providing any support whatsoever. Our marketing operations have been derailed by Kajabi for more than five days now, costing our company thousands of dollars. Their time period for response is egregious and in violation of all industry standards. Their "F" rating is well-deserved.

Gone Downhill FAST

I joined Kajabi back in 2019 and what a great software and company it was up until about 2024.They used to be reasonably priced, send out swag and everything was cool.I have to be grateful for Kajabi for those years as they really did help me build my online business.It's a shame but today, after 7 years, I've clicked the cancel button.I didn't want to but it's just been one thing after another and nothing positive I'm afraid.They cancelled peoples affiliate payments unless they reach a certain quota every month.Stopped sending reward swag, and when you ask about it, they just send you in circles.The upsell pages are the same as they were back in 2019, zero updates and this is where a lot of people make money on the backend stuff.They introduced "Kajabi payments" which is basically stripe but you're kind of forced into it and if you leave Kajabi, you lose all your subscription customers.Not to mention the recent price hikes that are from today 12/01/26My plan when I started I believe was around $149, now they want $249+VAT per month and if anything, the customer support and features are worse.The final nail is they've "paused" their facebook groups, probably due to people complaining.There's way too many other softwares out there that are much more affordable with better features for direct marketers.Adios Kajabi, It was good but now.. not worth the price. It's a $49/month product and with people creating sofware with AI, there's way better options.Thanks anyway for the good days.

Terrible, extremely incompetent customer support. Stay away!

I've been a customer for over 10 years and the bigger this corporation gets and the more they charge people, THE WORSE the customer support and basic service gets. I've been in chats for HOURS at at time just to be tended to by the most ignorant and incompetent people who have no idea about the actual service they provide *probably from some call center in a third world country. They will literally copy and paste a script into the chat, gaslight you, spin you in circles, make you feel like you're being heard but constantly failing to address your issue (like a really bad copy of AI) -- only to then tell you, HOURS later that "we'll get back to you via email as soon as possible." With all the millions you've made off the backs of hard-working creators for more than a decade now, are you not capable of providing people with real and helpful customer support? Especially when they reach out because of a failure with YOUR system. DO YOU NOT HAVE EVEN THE MOST BASIC HUMAN DECENCY AND RESPECT FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS?

The new update is ridiculous

The new update is ridiculous. They removed the option to add subtitles manually just to force you to use their AI feature - it will cost an extra 90$ monthly just to add subtitles.I was happy with Kajabi for about 5 years, but what they did now is crazy.

All-in-one platform that actually replaces multiple tools

I’ve been using Kajabi since 2022 and currently have two websites hosted on the platform, with a third planned for later this year.What I love most about Kajabi is the design, functionality, and usability. It genuinely works as an all-in-one business platform – website, courses, funnels, email marketing, payments, and automations all in one place. I honestly don’t see the value in paying for 10–20 separate tools just to achieve what one platform can already do seamlessly.Yes, there is a learning curve at the start, but once you understand how the system is structured, it becomes incredibly powerful and efficient. The platform is stable, well thought out, and clearly built for people who want to grow a serious online business rather than stitch together multiple tools.I’m not going anywhere – Kajabi is the platform I continue to build on and trust for the long term.

A comprehensive platform for Professionals

Kajabi is a very comprehensive platform providing website design, customer database management, checkout and email marketing facilities (and more), all in one place. We have been using Kajabi for some years now and watched while the platform grew, providing both more and more flexible services. Our customers find it easy to use and we have had no complaints about quality of our offers from the customers' perspective.Overall, I think Kajabi's strongest benefit is their customer service back up and advice, which has helped us set up and run our online courses, as well as growing our business.Whilst it may seem expensive compared to oter platforms available, we have found Kajabi to be professional and value for money given the range of services on offer.

The app logged me out in the middle of…

The app logged me out in the middle of listening to a recorded session. It keeps looping back to the main page. And then sending me a number to my email and then looping back. There is NO ONE to call for help and I’m getting emails that I don’t think they even understand my issue. I’ve done every troubleshooting thing online. I have a live class tomorrow and might miss it because Kajabi ‘support’ is so terrible. Found a phone number and they just explained to do what I’m already doing with these ridiculous emails, and hung up. Going to email the person using Kajabi for their business and explain the situation, but I absolutely wouldn’t use it as a business owner. No one live for people to call with issues? Ridiculous. Update: after several more useless emails back and forth, I ended up doing a bunch of research online and uninstalling and reinstalling the app, among other things. I didn’t get any suggestions of what to do from support. I did still miss my class, because I was still having trouble, but it is what it is. I think it’s figured out now. I was using the iOS app, and the looping thing happened continuously until I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and took some other steps. When the app is working it’s pretty good, other than trouble moving into a different part of the lesson video/freezing issues. But I’m leaving the one star review because not having a phone number, and customer service being so abysmal that I ended up just going online and researching for an hour plus, to figure it out myself is pretty poor form for an app. I had zero solutions offered in the emailing back and forth, and many of the questions that were asked didn't even feel relevant. I understand that everyone is just doing the best they can, but it was a stressful and disappointing experience.
