Dealing with Liam at Jim Reid vehicle sales was a truly lovely experience.Although we didn't go ahead with our sale because of personal circumstances and being in the shetland Islands.From the very moment Liam answered the phone it felt great there was no pressure and he took interest in what we were looking for and couldn't be more helpful. It's so nice to know there are still good sales people out there. If my circumstances change "Jim Reid" will be my first port of call.

Could not recommend the Jim Reid team highly enough!! Bought a car from Fabio, he was absolutely fabulous and always helpful, had a couple of issues which Craig & the service team have been really helpful with, had a warranty issue & even got a call from Jim himself. Local garage where the whole team actually care! Would absolutely buy from them again & will be using them going forward for servicing & any other issues! So glad I bought from them

Just bought my Tiguan through Jim Reid. After scouring the UK for the model I was looking for I contacted Phil and his team who have been extremely helpful start to finish. After using their website information which was clear and accessible, Phil got in touch quickly offering me information and we quickly got to some figures without all the usual faff other garages like to go through.
