Worst flight!

Worst flight!! They used to be good but not anymore. Our trip to Disney last week started off so rough… thanks to jet blue!They lost luggage of half the plane and we were asked to come and collect it at 1 am in the morning. We had no choice but to wait coz everything was in there. The luggage didn’t arrive till 3am and that wasted out next day as well coz everyone was extremely tired. Some passengers had babies with them and it hurt them more than us coz our kids were comparatively older. On our way back, plane shut down suddenly with no info from their side. We are still to take off and i already feel anxious. It is a disaster travelling with jet blue. If you have a choice , try other ones!

I am extremely disappointed with JetBlue’s service. Our tickets were canceled twice, causing unnecessary stress and confusion for my entire family. On top of that, after the second cancellation, JetBlue separated our family onto two different flights instead of keeping us together.Traveling with family should not be this difficult, and the lack of coordination and customer support made the situation even worse. We planned this trip carefully, and these repeated cancellations completely disrupted our travel plans.This experience was frustrating, inconvenient, and unacceptable. I expected much better organization and customer care. Unfortunately, this situation has seriously affected my trust in JetBlue, and I will reconsider flying with them in the future.nuestra experiencia con JetBlue fue extremadamente decepcionante. La aerolínea canceló nuestros boletos dos veces, causando un gran estrés y desorganización en nuestro viaje familiar.Lo más preocupante fue que nos dejaron en vuelos separados de nuestros hijos, algo totalmente inaceptable para cualquier familia que viaja junta. A pesar de múltiples intentos de comunicarnos con el servicio al cliente, no hemos recibido respuestas claras ni soluciones.La falta de responsabilidad, comunicación y consideración hacia los pasajeros —especialmente familias con niños— demuestra un servicio muy deficiente. Esperábamos más profesionalismo y apoyo en una situación creada por la misma aerolínea.No recomendamos viajar con JetBlue hasta que mejoren su atención al cliente y manejo de cancelaciones.

The trip was a nightmare

The trip was a nightmare! Will never use them again ! They charge for everything and the tv did not work ( but that’s complimentary as they say ) I guess seat is not , they stuck us on the back because I did not choose a seat ( I guess I can stand its complimentary too ) seat can not lean back , they had other seats empty but they didn’t gave it to us because we did not pay ( instead of let us being more satisfied ) I had my son with me and we wanted to seat together, we were the first one to ask . I can fly every other company and it will cost the same . The flight attendant were very nice but couldn’t do anything! They ( attendant) told me they don’t fly jet blue .

I am writing to formally file a serious complaint regarding an incident that occurred at Orlando International Airport (MCO), which resulted in me being wrongly denied boarding on my scheduled flight from Orlando to Cancun, with a return flight from Cancun back to Orlando already booked and paid for.This denial was caused exclusively by incorrect information, lack of preparation, and negligence on the part of JetBlue staff in Orlando, who demonstrated a complete lack of knowledge regarding basic international travel and immigration requirements.I am a Brazilian citizen and a U.S. permanent resident. At the time of travel, I was carrying my expired Green Card along with a valid I-797 extension letter granting a 48-month extension — documentation that is fully valid and accepted for international travel, including entry into Mexico.Despite this, JetBlue employees in Orlando informed me that Mexico would not accept my documentation and that I would be required to obtain a Mexican visa. This information was completely false and was presented with confidence, without any attempt to verify the facts with proper authorities or official immigration guidelines.Because of this error: • I was denied boarding while my wife and children were forced to travel without me. • I missed my wife’s birthday, her birthday dinner, and a pre-paid excursion to Isla Mujeres scheduled for the following day. • I incurred unnecessary expenses traveling to a consulate to obtain a visa that I never needed. • I suffered emotional distress, financial loss, and severe disruption to a family trip that had been planned and fully paid for in advance, including both outbound and return flights.To make matters worse, when I returned to the airport the following day, a JetBlue employee confirmed that I never needed a visa and that my Green Card extension documentation was sufficient. Upon arrival in Mexico, the immigration officer clearly stated — and even expressed disbelief — that I should never have been instructed to obtain a visa, confirming once again that my documentation was fully valid for entry.This entire situation was caused by unprepared, inattentive, and unprofessional JetBlue staff at Orlando Airport, who failed to verify correct immigration requirements, failed to consult appropriate authorities, and acted with unnecessary rudeness and negligence toward a paying customer.Due to the severity of this incident and the significant financial and emotional damages incurred, I am formally notifying JetBlue that I am pursuing legal action related to this matter.I expect a prompt, serious, and documented response addressing this complaint, including accountability, reimbursement of losses, and appropriate compensation for the damages caused.

Cancel flights without even notifying…

Cancel flights without even notifying the passenger. You book because the time is convenient for your work or your schedule and they completely ruin your plans. The chat is impossible. There is no way to get in touch with them taking over 24 hours to even reach someone to get a rescheduled flight that was canceled before the snow even hit the ground. So disappointed the worst customer service ever do not fly this airline.

I’m not flying back with you guys ever again because my suitcase didn’t make it on the flight I came in with and it was never announced that it wouldn’t make it on the plane…that’s very bad of u guys I’m so tired and all I want to do is sleep and when I reach Jamaica my things aren’t here this is ridiculous

Our flight was repeatedly delayed for…

Our flight was repeatedly delayed for almost 24 hours with the final delay being so late we had to stay overnight in a hotel. JetBlue refused to give hotel vouchers as they said the delays were due to weather but other airlines were flying to our destination. One employee told the truth and said they did not have a flight crew but was reprimanded for giving information that could lead to them needing to compensate travelers for the delays.

Avoid Jet Blue

We had a Jet Blue flight booked on September 19th, 2025 from Wilmington NC to Boston. They notified us that the flight was delayed 2 hrs, so we showed up 2 hours before the new departure time, just to find out that they had changed the time back to the original time. We were 2nd in line at Jet Blue service desk, but it took the man about 20 minutes to deal with the one couple in front of us who had the same problem as us. When we got to the desk, the man told us we could still get on the plane but had to leave our luggage behind---which contained our clothing and necessities for the next 12 days! UNBELIEVABLE!! Jet Blue seems to have a reputation of frequent delays and cancelations. So Jet Blue gave us a credit with an expiration date of Feb 16, 2026. We couldn't possibly use the credit by the expiration date. Today, Feb 9, 2026 Jet Blue refused to refund our money. WHY? They did NOTHING for it! GOOD LUCK if you use them.

Delayed and disrespectful staff

My flight was 4 hours delayed. Then I was speaking to a an employee of jet blue. Her name was elma. I was speaking to her of a seat change. When a young girl came up and started crying about her frustrations about our delays. We where talking I was trying to calm her down when jet blue employee elma began to raise her voice saying that's it im not gonna deal with you then go away im done. I began to say to her that we weren't talking to her just voicing our frustration to eachother she was rude and disrespectful. I spoke to the manager of jet blue on duty who would not give me his name and he said elma could speak to me however she wants. I then sat on the phone for 30 mins with a woman who said she would accommodate me who then couldn't got me a manager sat on hold another 30 minutes and was told I would have to pay for a seat change on a flight I paid extra to get out early and was 4 hours delayed and the staff where rude and disrespectful. Those 2 staff left the area and joe was assigned to the area and he was great. So hopefully Joe gets recognized for being an outstanding employee.

Disappointed with the whole experience

Disappointed with the whole experience. JetBlue made me miss my flight to the Bitci Stack Asset conference. I showed up early and did everything right, but delays and poor communication killed any chance I had.This wasn't just a missed flight. It was a missed opportunity and real money lost. Completely unacceptable experience.

Awful customer service

My flight out of Costa Rica was canceled at the last minute because they were down one flight attendant. I understand the policy and they put us in a hotel overnight. That was heinous! It was the worst hotel I’ve ever seen seen and I’ve been in some pretty bad ones! For our trouble they gave us a $250 credit. I went to use mine and realized that it had expired six days prior and they would not honor it. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the opportunity to travel within the one year timeframe. The representative offered to give me $150 credit back. Which I thought was very nice of her. But I did ask to escalate to a supervisor and the supervisor lowered that to $100. Terrible!

it has become in scammer

After pandemic it has become in scammer. In 2024 I flew out country. Pay higher price to get refunded if I have to cancel. I have to cancelled it and refund was denied, yes denied. Because I paid with JetBlue card guess what? Claim denied too. So money went to Travel Bank, safe ? NOT it EXPIRES ! yes money payments expire, have to book a flight and flew before certain date, which I couldn't. End of story I lost my money (more than $300) never again!!!

Number Dyslexic Support Agents

Agency had booked my DOB incorrectly.Spoke to support, provided my correct DOB, they then set my age to be 40 years older than I am???Bizarre to have people with "number dyslexia" working at customer service... was NOT worth the 2 hr 30 min waitUPDATE:Updated from 1* to 3*, because the plane was actually very nice, just need to get customer support on track and couldn't have flawed the experience!

Jetblue is the absolute worst airline

Jetblue is the absolute worst airline! Do not book with them! We have been Mosaic for many years and we will never fly with them again. We booked our adult children flights with them and they canceled the flight and couldn't booked them another flight for four days and would not compensate them anything for rooms, food or transportation! Nothing! The worst customer service especially for mosaic members!

I am extremely disappointed with…not good for anyone especially for asians

I am extremely disappointed with JetBlue Airlines.I flew from JFK to LHR, flight B67, departing at 21:35 from gate 523 (23.01.2026), and the experience was terrible.A female cabin crew member in charge of the upper cabin was very rude and spoke to us in a disrespectful manner. We felt offended by the way she talked to us, and her behavior made us feel unwelcome. As Asian passengers, we strongly felt we were treated unfairly.This was my first time flying JetBlue and it will definitely be my last. I was traveling to New York to attend my cousin’s funeral, and instead of compassion or professionalism, I received poor treatment.I do not recommend this airline unless JetBlue takes action against bad staff behavior and improves how customers are treated.
