Horrible management
I went to Mason road today for lunch and right in front of me the manager screamed at one of his employees. I have never seen such disrespect from an adult. The most rudest thing I have seen. If you treat your empployees like that, then how do you treat you customers? I had to leave because I was so upset for the young lady.

Ordered a new York Yankee Just bread ,meat and cheese no mustard no thousand island dressing. No pastrami. Who serves a sandwich on dry bread.Do not recommend. The most disgusting mac and cheese ,not worth the money!!! Go to new York deli news best deli in Denver I am from New York this is far from being close to a real deli. Don't order from Jasons unless you want to be disappointed.

DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER
On 12/29/25 I paid for a salad at the Jason's Deli location in Naples Florida. I also left them my change from my order in the tip box which was over $3.00. After I paid i asked the girl who I paid with if I could have a little larger plastic container so I could put extra food in it. She went over to ask 2 other employees then came back and told me that it would cost me $3.50 for the plastic container that I needed to put the extra food that I already paid for! I could not believe that they would charge me for a plastic container after I just made a purchase and left them over a $3.00 tip!! I did buy the plastic container gave the girl $5.00 and she said I could put my change in tbe tip box if I want to!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? The right thing to do was not to charge me for a small plastic container since I just made a purchase with them. That would create customer loyalty but I guess Jason's Deli is just out to make money any way they can. Will not be returning and will post this on all social media sites!

Disappointed with Gift Card Incentive Experience
I purchased $200 worth of gift cards from Jason's Deli (906 W McDermott Dr, Allen, TX 75013) with the advertised incentive of $20 being added to my account. It has now been four weeks, and despite trying every week to use this reward, I’ve been told repeatedly that “the system is down.”This is incredibly frustrating. I made this purchase specifically because of the incentive, and to this day, I have not been able to access or use the $20 reward. If your system cannot support the promotion, it should not be offered in the first place.I expected better from Jason's Deli. Please resolve this issue or provide an alternative solution. Customers should not be left without support after spending their money in good faith.

Chicken Salad unedible
I got to try by accident the most unedible sandwich ever it was chicken salad. Who adds fruits to a chicken sandwich? It had chuncks of pineapple, I am not a fan of chicken salad to be like that. Beware and avoid their chicken salad sandwich.

I ordered a large Caesar salad with chicken. The salad was small and looked tired. Jason’s food quality has gone downhill. I won’t be returning

I have heard that you have a mold problem with your food. You are even serving food knowing the mold is there. I have always loved your food but now I hesitate to even consider coming back. When will you be more concerned about your food and mold?

We have been going to Jason's Deli for a long time. We are now close to the one on Southside Blvd, Jacksonville, FL. We always get good food for the price. We especially enjoy the Salad Bar which has a large variety of salad items and is always being kept well replenished by Jonas. The food preparers, maintenance crew and cashiers are also hard workers and pleasant.

I have been meaning to write a Review for some time now , this review is so Long over due. I just want to thank the Leadership at Jason's Deli for hiring the Most Amazing Staff at the Jason's Deli Perimeter location. Every time I eat at Jason's Deli the Customer Service Experience is Consistently Top Notch my experience has been Simply Phenomenal. STEVIE AND KAMESHA are simply Stellar Star Employees. You should be so Proud , Stevie and Kamesha are a great representation of Jason' Deli and a great Representation of what Real and True Customer Service look like. They are truly deserving of a Bonus and a Raise. Thank you all for all that you do. :)

Everything was good there salad bar is always clean and full of choices the people are always nice and takes your order quickly. Your food is brought out in a reasonably amount of time, no long waits. And you get free dessert. It’s the absolute Bum place to dine in and eat. Madison is honored to have our Jason deli.

I ordered penne and meatballs, requesting sauce and meatballs on the side… assuming they would sense the customer wants it plain and would add sauce as desired… but it came with cheese on top of the penne… made me sick

Ordered a Veggie wrap and a fruit cup. The wrap was nothing but a blob of spinach. My excitement turned to disappointment quickly. It was quite expensive as well.
