Ordered jackery 1000 complete with panels in car charger carry case and 5m extension cable. 5m cable didn't arrive I've contacted customer services numerous times still no sign of a replacement. For a company as big as they are its disgusting. I've spent £700 and the cable is £32. Shocking will never us again customer service personnel are passing to other staff. Should have gone to Amazon

I researched all the power stations and by specs. Jackery was the best one so I purchased a 3000 was very happy with it. I just recently purchased a 5000+. I’m extremely happy with it. I had a little issues with my solar panels. Jackery customer service is the best no hesitation fix the problem. I wouldn’t choose anybody else.😀👍

I have purchased two Explorer 1000 batteries and both are outstanding. Once charged, they remained charged well after a year. I had an issue with the solar panels, but the problem was resolved> Customer Service was very responsive and very helpful. I highly recommend Jackery.

My Jackery 1500 stopped charging, so I contacted customer service. After a series of troubleshooting procedures they determined the unit had an internal problem. As my Jackery was still under warranty I was sent a FedEx shipping label, and I dropped it off.About a week later I was notified the Jackery was on its way back to me. I received it in good working condition.Kudos to everyone I dealt with at Jackery for a good experience.

I was surprised at the small size of the 300D, but it turned out to be very powerful. I tested it with two different devices and the performance was outstanding. I re-charged a portable unit that I use for car tire pressure and for car battery jumping. This little unit only used up about 4% of its total capacity to recharge that item; impressive! The included portable solar panels which were able to quickly recharge the 300D to 100%."

Good backup power, but EPS mode doesn’t provide 100% uninterruptible power supply function
In most ways, the Jackery 1000 Plus does exactly what I bought it to do which is provide power to my modem and router in the event of a power outage. The one feature I thought I understood is the EPS Mode. The EPS mode is purported to provide the functionality of an uninterruptable power supply. What I learned the hard way is that I did not read enough about the EPS mode to know it would not serve 100% as a backup UPS. I also learned after setting the Jackery 1000 Plus up and using it in EPS mode, that there is a fan and electronics inside it running continuosly to power the loads. The AC outlets do not function in a passthrough manner in EPS Mode. The unit shuts off after a period of time if power drawn by the loads is below a certain value. That resulted in my modem and router being turned off while I was watching a streaming presentation on tv. So, for me, the Jackery 1000 Plus is nice, but it is a miss on the EPS mode functionality. It would be WAY more useful if the AC outlets functioned as passthrough in EPS Mode and did not turn off if load power failed to meet a minimum criteria.

Absolute nightmare. Ordered off Amazon and came completely dead, iv tried all the ‘technical advice’ and it won’t start because it’s a dead battery. Got through to the ‘east Asia’ call centre as I can’t access my Amazon account and they are Completely useless. The guy I spoke to sounded like sounded more dead than the battery. Now they are asking me to make videos of it plugged in charging etc when iv told them I don’t want a faulty battery in my house. Worst buying experience ever

Won't charge every EV
Before I bought the Home Power 3000, I checked with Tech Support to confirm that the unit could charge my 2018 Hyundai Ioniq plug-in hybrid, since that was the only reason I wanted one. I was assured that it could charge my car. I got the unit and it wouldn't charge my car. I then spent 6 weeks going back and forth with Tech Support trying to figure out how to make it work, buying 2 different car charger cables (that didn't work) along the way. Eventually Tech Support admitted that not only could the Home Power 3000 not charge my car, but none of their products can either. Then when I asked for return instructions, I was told that I'd have to pay $118 for shipping the thing back to them. I said no and they dropped it, but the sheer gall of the suggestion took my breath away. Unclear whether any cars can be charged with Jackery products, though marketing and tech support say otherwise.

Please everyone read this carefully for this company is scamming and siding with their courier that did not deliver a thousand pound worth of goods to my home but to someone else’s .I ordered a package deal jackery 1000 with 2 solar panels in 17 th Jan 2026 , they claim that the items was delivered but only panels and leads were delivered all separately but not the actual unit itself , the picture of the delivered was clearly a different address for it shows at the front door a bicycle which I do not have and carpet which I do not have and the interior that it’s clearly not my home . Jackery wants me to report this to the police which I refuse for I was told by citizen advice and the police station that if the goods was not delivered to your address with proof of picture being at your front door ect , it is against the law to make false claims and I can get in trouble for . I have informed jackery of this and they say that they will only send this is I was to commit a false claim to get a crime reference number which I was advised by the local authorities not to . I am now £700 down with no positive results whatsoever, this is my eyes are totally irresponsible of them and the courier and not my problem knowing the fact that the delivery photos was not my address for they do not even have the correct colour of my door nevermind the interior is inferior to mind residents. Please please please do not have anything to do with this company for they will make you commit a false claim which is a punishable crime here in the United kingdom 🇬🇧 , there are plenty of other company that makes good gear with much better customer service that will see sense and responsibility when a problem occur, thank you for reading this unfortunate disable ex servicemen.

Jackery 2000 v2 - shockingly bad!
I purchased a Jackery 2000 V2 and solar panel set up. To my dismay fault code error F1 (internal communication error) appeared on the battery unit so Jackery agreed to replace the unit. I just assumed I was unlucky! Second unit arrived with the same problem. Jackery then continued to replace the solar panels and accessories to no avail. Same codes appear. Customer service is shocking, product and technical support is non-existent.Trying to arrange a refund is Impossible and they are avoiding all costs. Terrible experience absolutely diabolical product. A company that has grown too quick without the proper support or technical knowledge in place or quality controls. Absolutely NOT recommend.

U.K replacement for damaged panel.
U.K. user. Solar panel had damage in manufacturing process not spotted by Quality Control. I sent photos, and within 48 hours a replacement panel was delivered.My emails were answered promptly, and I am very impressed with their Customer Support.
