The speed at which my order was completed was absolutely phenomenal. films were 70 years old so my expectations were pretty low, but now I have a glimpse of my Dad before I was born. The customer service end could use some tweaking as they don't clearly explain their process & expectations. Be sure your film/tapes are clearly numbered or simply labeled as they only use the first few words & keep a log for reference.

Send in package $15, but if you want it sent back the charge is $45.I have 1500 pictures. You can’t select a subset for AI enhancements, you have to pay for all.Getting daily emails to promote something.
Easy to ship using the box they sent me. Very quick turnaround time. They took good care of the 8 mm reels we sent them. Very professional and they explained everything to me step by step. The cost was lower than I expected. We were very pleased with the company and staff.
I really like the product. However, I have a Microsoft Surface Pro tablet and Microsoft does not have your app available. This makes things very inconvenient. I have many other pictures and slides I would like transfered, but now I'm not sure this will work for me in the long run.
Amazing technology that really works. It transfers analog copies of home made movies to digital so we can watch and enjoy them whenever we wish. The staff is very friendly, timely and responsive. They provide a great service.

IMemories has been doing great on their services especially when I have questions or delivery/pickup issues which are resolved immediately. Especially the front desk lady where I normally drop/pickup my orders, she is very kind and professional.

I like Seth fact that I got some of my tapes digitized , but was not aware that I had to at extra for the USB or anything else that I thought would be included as I paid over $160 to have this done . I did finally receive a USB with the tapes I had sent in and then had to email and call everyday to get my original tapes back . I did finally receive them but would definitely not order again.
My experience was very good with iMemories. They make it very easy to send in your media. The total time from shipping my film to receiving my images was within several weeks! The app is awesome! My family has had many great laughs and some tears watching the movies and flipping through images. The price structure is reasonable, the memories are priceless!Thanks iMemories!
This was a very easy process and completed quickly. I had an issue with one DVD and they took care of it with no problem. The whole family can enjoy the trip down memory lane together and whenever they like!
I’m so glad I decided to go with iMemories to trust with my treasured VHS tapes. They keep you informed of what’s going on and the time frame was great. I only ordered because I wanted prints of my 22 slides- after all the money needed to pay to ship them in a gigantic box and then back home and I only got a little digital display on an app!! What a waste of money!! Never again ! Plus so much time waiting on even that !! Would not recommend your company !
