They treat their employees unfairly

They treat their employees unfairly. Don’t care about presentation. Drop your food off and you don’t see them again until they want money from you.

The staff is always working in rhythm with one another it's a great atmosphere and the food is a bonus at this point

cost of hot water

i usually enjoy the ihop food. service was good but I was shocked to see that you (ihop) have the audacity to charge $3.69 for a cup of hot water with a tea bag. Greed is king!!

Our server was fantastic

Our server was fantastic, and really made our lunch successful and fun. She was the only server there, and was running all over the place, but she was cheerful and helpful and we really appreciated it!! We were going to Las Vegas from so cal, and had just stopped for a bite, and it was really a nice break from the drive. The food was pretty good, bu mostly we thought the waitress was sensational. Her name was Jessica. We were way out in the middle of nowhere, and were so surprised!!

The manager at the location in Grand…

The IHOP manager at the location in Grand Rapids, Michigan needs some training in customer service. After I was treated rudely by her at check out, I responded, "you're welcome". Her response was, "for what?". I explained to her that I was a customer spending money for 3 people at her store, and courtesy would be a "thank you". She just carried on very rudely. Needless to say, I will not be back at that restaurant! You are welcome, Kaylee!!

This young lady will say and do anything for the owner they saved her they got her off side of the street hold up a sign begging for food and money she was and still is a powerhead

I am very disappointed in the food I just got from the I Hop in Fond Du Lac, WisconsinI ordered a biscuit and gravy that was delivered.I opened to find about a tablesoon of gravy in a small conament cup for a gravy biscuit.I believe in getting what you pay for.If you order a biscuit and gravy you should get at least enough gravy to cover the two biscuit half’s Not a half of biscuit worth.On top of that the biscuit was cold and the gravy was ice cold too.

Pancakes

IHop-I ordered pancakes, tasty, BUT, no butter, syrup included, looked that pancakes were thrown in the container 🤨 Will not order ever again, and will spread my experience.

I went to ihop fpr the advertised $6 breakfast. I ordered and a small glass of milk. When i went to pay, the breakfast wasv$7 and thec8 ounces of milk i got cost me $4,79....4 dollars and 79 cents for 8 ounces of milk. And $7 for my $6 breakfast that i hop has been advertising for $6.Thats $11.79 for a $6 breakfast.I complained to corporate and now they are ignoring me.I will NEVER go to IHOP again

Filthy

Filthy. 3 location with dirty trash on walkways. Two parties in restaraunt(counting me) at 10.20 am. Others had their food. Two employees walked over very dirty napkin in the busiest walkway in restaraunt 4x with empty hands and would not pick it up, or other two trashy areas. One spot was ice on floor where people walk and ignored the slip and fall risk. I'll never be back. 1. 13. 26 in Longmont Colorado.

Your Server was a Warrior

I visited the UCF location # 36-211 this am and my server, the ONLY person I saw on the floor was Ethiana. SHE is the only reason I gave 3 stars instead of just 1. And to be fair, I don't know if the restaurant was short-handed, if the manager on duty was filling in the back doing prep or helping cook, but she was the only one I saw running around, greeting and seating guest, taking orders, getting food out and trying to do the bests she could while not showing any frustration and always keeping a great attitude and smiling. Having been a manager in both fast food and full service restaurants in the 90s, I know what it is like to be short-handed and not have people show up for worth. I would have been rolling back my sleeves, filling in to prep, cook, serve, refill drinks, seat guests, buss tables or do whatever was necessary to expedite and make the guest experience the best possible. I watched as Ethiana greeted guest at both entrances and ran around doing everything on the guest floor. At this pace she easily does 30K steps a day.I sure hope she is going to school because she will make a great leader, trainer, operations manager, or executive leading my example. Hats off to the young lady from a person who "gets it" which is why I tipped way above the 20%. You did an outstanding job and remained calm, cool, and collected while under fire and when I asked if she was the only server on duty, she didn't b*t*h, complain, make excuses or place blame on her team or management. She simply said the other server will be here in a moment. I am leaving this on Trust Pilot because I don't trust Google or Yelp reviews. But I sure hope management of this corporation (not just location) see it and take good care of you. You would make an excellent leader in hospitality, healthcare or ANY other field that interests you.

Monroe IHOP

1st order from Monroe IHOP. Food was good. Took over an hour for delivery. No napkins, utensils, butter, syrup, salt and pepper, catsup or any condiments or supplies of any sort. Not impressed with service.
