Great cookware and awesome customer service. Had issue with one of the pans but warranty claim was easy and everything went smooth with them processing a replacement. Definitely worth it!

Exceptional Quality & Customer Service That Truly Delivers

I cannot say enough great things about HexClad pots and pans! From the moment I started using them, I could immediately tell the difference in quality. They heat evenly, cook beautifully, and clean up so easily, even after making meals that would normally stick. The hybrid nonstick surface truly works, and they still look amazing after heavy daily use.What impressed me even more was their customer service. I had to use the lifetime warranty for a replacement, and the process was smooth, simple, and completely stress-free. Their team was responsive, kind, and genuinely helpful. They stand behind their products 100%, and that kind of service is rare these days.It’s such a great feeling investing in cookware that performs incredibly AND comes with a company that truly cares about their customers. HexClad has earned a loyal customer in me. Highly recommend!

I recently had an issue with a few pieces from my HexClad set after several months of use. While it was frustrating to run into problems, what stood out immediately was the level of customer service I received.From the first response, the team was quick, clear, professional, and genuinely helpful. There was no runaround, no defensiveness, and no hesitation. They carefully reviewed the details, explained the situation transparently, and approved replacements promptly. The entire process felt efficient, respectful, and customer-focused.In a world where many companies make you jump through hoops, this experience truly restored my faith in how customer service should be handled. Responsive, polite, solution-oriented, and committed to standing behind their product.Issues can happen with any brand. What matters is how a company responds and HexClad absolutely delivered.

Hexclad refunded me the cost of pan

Hexclad refunded me the cost of pan. Finally after 5 months I purchased a HexClad pan with high expectations given the marketing and the premium price. Unfortunately, my experience with the product itself was disappointing. In my case, the pan did not perform as well as I expected and I did not feel that the quality justified the cost. For a pan positioned as a high-end product, I expected better performance and durability.I also had to contact customer service regarding an issue with the pan. What made the experience particularly frustrating was the length of time it took to resolve the matter. The process took around five months, which felt excessive for something that should have been relatively straightforward and, in my opinion, could likely have been avoided in the first place.That said, I do want to acknowledge that the company did ultimately resolve the situation. After the long process, HexClad refunded the full purchase price of the pan, which I appreciate. While the delay was frustrating, I’m satisfied that the final resolution was fair.Overall, while I’m glad the company honoured the refund in the end, my experience with both the product and the lengthy resolution process means I personally wouldn’t consider the pan to be good value for the money.

They are manufactured with a heat-safe, food-contact coating specifically designed for oven use. There is no hand-applied paint involved in the production process.We understand how concerning it must have been to see material on the rack and worry about it transferring to food. That’s absolutely not something we take lightly. The coating used on our racks is designed to withstand normal roasting temperatures, but if you experienced softening or flaking, we want that reviewed carefully.We can confirm that we have received the photos you submitted through the customer link, and our team has reviewed them. Coatings in the USA might not be allowed in the UK!I’ve already had two pans that have failed and you lot want to send a third, that’s not fixing the problem, that’s just covering it up! Here’s a fix! Start making stainless steel racks seeing how you keep banging on about how good it is!And once trading standards here in the UK have investigated I will feel a little safer!Mr S. amazing product both pans and knives . excellent customer care and warranty program . I had an issues with one of my pans that were bought from Costco and hexclad replaced it. Finding good customer care is hard these days . hexclad was so nice

I bought my first set of Hexclad pans…

I bought my first set of Hexclad pans in 2022. Fast-forward to 2026 and the coating on the largest pan in my set was coming off. I took some photos and submitted the issue with customer service. They honored the warranty and sent me a replacement very quickly.
