I purchased a mattress about 8 months ago. It was never exposed to moisture, but it was placed directly on the floor. Recently, I discovered mold growing on it. When I contacted customer service, I was shocked by their response—they didn’t ask any follow-up questions or try to understand the issue. Instead, they simply told me to buy a mask, gloves, and mold spray, and to clean it myself.This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I’m not sure what kind of material the mattress is made of, but if it isn’t suitable to be placed on the floor, that should have been clearly communicated at the time of purchase. I would have expected at least some guidance or support, not a dismissive response.
I am no stranger to moving so selecting a company that appealed to our needs was important. Helix delivered beyond my expectations. I was notified before the day of moving. They arrived on time at our location. They were prompt prepared and professional. They gave great care to furniture and belongings. Jonas, Elby and Hugo were courteous and pleasant. But more importantly they are hard working. If we could give more stars we would. I would highly recommend Helix and I will use them again.
