Placed order and was surprised to have taken delivery the next day for my items. Before this I was concerned, as within an hour of placing my order I received an email to say my order had been dispatched, but no tracking details. Happy with their prices and service. Will order again from them
I am really impressed with the tissue salts made by Health Emporium and have been using them for about 2 years now. They really improve my health and they are very affordable.I recently moved abroad and Andrew has been so helpful with providing me with information about how he will be able to send the tissue salts to me. He also made a big effort to send me a large supply at the last minute before leaving England. This really puts my mind at ease - thank you.
Visited the store to ask for AG1 multivitamin powder drink which any knowledgeable health store owner would know about. Owner was working on his computer, did not look at me when I asked if his store stocked the pro duct, just creased his brows and ignored me after muttering to his computer - not facing me and talking to me as a sensible and polite health store owner should do to a potential customer ( opportunity to offer other products, sell other products, check AG1 on his computer ! )I walked out feeling ignored and not all appreciated despite being a potential customer.Will not be visiting this store ever again. I went to Holland & Barrett down the street and got a totally different warm welcome with the manager checking on his computer what AG1 was, stating they did not stock it and suggesting other nutrients that could match AG1. I bought the alternative offered and got a discount to boot ! Proper engagement with a customer and as such a sale and purchase took place.
Tried to make a purchase and was told at checkout the total would be £25. Upon going through paypal, I am then sent to a screen showing the total as £45!! LOL. Right scammers. Your shown one price and then when you check out, your paying a completely different price! Check and double check with these lot.

Tasmim the lady in the Health Emporium is amazing!!! My 8yr old son was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease called CRMO (Chronic recurrent multipocal osteomyelitis) he is currently under the care of GOSH- (they have been wonderful). My son was taking medication for the condition one of which was naproxen. The medication had the most awful side effects which effected his sleep, moods and stomach. GOSH advised us to take him off the drugs and arranged an appointment re his pain management for different drugs. In the mean time I went into the Health Emporium and spoke to a lovely lady called Tasmin. She was the first person who had actually heard of my sons condition. Tasmin was so knowledgeable, helpful and kind. The products she recommended started to work in a matter of weeks if not days. GOSH had no issues with us trying the products and are also happy with the results. I cannot recommend Tasmin enough. Any doubts anyone has about using natural products just needs to see Tasmin. I recommend the magnesium spray to just about everyone. It turns out my sons physio was impressed aswell. Go and see Tasmin -I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Health Emporium.

I had a problem with one of my front teeth (an abscess had loosened it and I was concerned I might loose it) a few days before I left for a 6 week trip to Australia. The young woman who advised and helped me with the correct products was so well informed. She really took time to listen to the issue I was having before suggesting the appropriate remedies. I managed the entire trip without any problems and I’m sure, if I hadn’t had her advice, things could have been very different. I have been into this shop many times and always found them to be helpful; I seldom write reviews but this one is so well deserved.
Only Andy knows what you want and he is very helpful otherwise you try to ask a question no one knows yesterday i went to pick up some meds Andy had ordered for me i was overcharged when asked that is the price i get from here she said i am not the manager .he is the only authorised.he is away for a while on holiday .i travelled good few miles and don't expect me to waste my journey .she was very rude attitude people how she spoke.shame she needs to know customers service policy.sorry very very disappointed with the poor service
Extremely bad customer service and delayed delivery of products. Was told “try contacting the delivery company yourself “ when I queried an ETA of delivery. Amateur company.
I only came across this website as I was searching for an item that seemed be out of stock everywhere else online. I'm so glad I found them, they were extremely helpful with my order, I managed to get exactly what I needed and they couldn't have been nicer to deal with!
A nice selection of goods in this shop, from foods to supplements, and they seem to know about them if I ever ask a question. The owner of this shop makes a point to get in things people are interested in, so if they don't sell something you want you will frequently find it in there later, which is a positive to me.

I have been going to this little independent health shop for a number of years staff have been consistently helpful and knowledgeable Their excellent advice has enabled me to stay on top with alternative Health options. I cannot praise them enough. Hitchin is fortunate to have such a resource.
Went to buy something at Hitchin branch and they said I couldn’t use my card as I spend too little and needed to buy more. ‘That’s only a few pounds’ Nowhere did it say about minimum card limits and during covid we should be able to use our cards. I didn’t buy this. I only wanted one thing and shouldn’t feel like I have to buy more to use my card.
Terrible company that scams people during a pandemic. They advertise items as 'in stock' that they do not have in their possession. I ordered vitamin D from this website. This was the first time I had ordered from them. I wouldn't normally trust websites with no reviews but I was desperate, as nowhere else had stock of what I needed. The website said they were 'in stock' and would be shipped within a few days. I understand that there are delays with postage at the moment due to the current crisis. However, after my supposedly 'in stock' order had not even been dispatched a month after ordering I became concerned. I am not sure why they chose to ignore all three of the emails I sent them enquiring about this..Eventually I made a case through Paypal and they sided in my favour because there was no proof that the items had ever been sent to me. I then received an email from this company telling me that my order had been cancelled 'as I requested.' I did no such thing, but at least I got my money back. I had ordered my medication well in advance of when I needed it (6 weeks in advance), which was lucky because I wasted a month waiting for these tablets which never materialised. Lots of people take these tablets as a supplement, but for me they are medically required because I have a deficiency and have to take them on a daily basis. I wish they had told me they were not in stock, or that it would be over a month before they were dispatched, as then I would've sought them elsewhere. But I suppose they just prefer to lie to people to get their business.
