Hard Rock Old Park Lane London is the original and always busy. Full of old favourites and they are trying with new healthier options. The atmosphere is excited and fun. They have a kids menu but could be more helpful with the buggy storage - they have the room so maybe it is a security issue? This place is always buzzing and the queues are not getting shorter since WinterWonderland opened. Book for easygoing atmosphere and fast food with fun cocktails.

HRC Valencia horrible service
We went to HRC Valencia. We decided to first go to the rock shop. The shop was unattended. We had to wait for a long time before one of the employees was able to attend the shop. After that we had to wait again for an employee to bring us to our table. We finally got our table and once again we had to wait as nobody wanted to serve us. The waiter wasn't listening to our order and screwed up with the beverages. At some point we finally got our food and it was average. The food wasn't hot(temperature). There was a band playing. We thought live music at HRC would be really good. It was horrible. Just some school kids screaming. If you have items displayed of the best artists in the world, why do you hire a high school band who don't know how to sing or play an instrument? Card payments weren't possible that evening and staff decided to tip themselves by not giving the correct change. We have been to a lot of HRC around the world and this one in Spain was definitely the worst we have ever been to. Worst service ever and even for HRC expensive

HR Sports Book is bs. I asked to remove several cards from my account. Told I had to have a reason. I said none of your business. It's NOT. They finally removed 2 after I fought them. The 3rd, they said I need to send ID and a Selfie. I'm done. I hate this pos MONOPLOY

They don’t “serve all”
Waited 20 mins to be seated despite having a reservation. Then waited over 30 mins without being served, after which point my daughter (6) and I left: the manager came to confirm they didn’t care that we hadn’t been attend to, and the server was at pains to point out it wasn’t her station. Having read other reviews, this is clearly an ongoing issue for HRC Park Lane London, with hundreds of other folks experiencing similar terrible service. Just avoid!

Visited the day after an Iron Maiden…
Visited the day after an Iron Maiden gig. This finished it off nicely. We were there more or less for opening, so not really busy, the staff were really friendly and helpful. Our waiter, Andy, was excellent. Told us all the usual stuff about the food/ drinks but also took his time to point out memorabilia that he thought would be of interest to us. He asked us about the gig and made us feel at home. The whole place was lovely, the food was very good and I tried my first Martini! 😁 Andy definitely made the whole experience complete with his banter. Of course we had to visit the shop after, which was also well run.Can't wait to go again

Disappointing Experience with Misleading Service
We had a disappointing experience at Hard Rock Cafe Edinburgh. I had made a special request to congratulate my wife, but it was completely ignored, and the staff seemed indifferent.The biggest issue was the misleading information from our waiter. We specifically asked if the Valentine’s special, Just the Two of Us, included two portions, and he assured us it did. In reality, we were served four portions and charged double the price. When we raised the concern, there was no effort to resolve it.To top it off, a tip was automatically included in the bill, despite the poor service. Definitely not the experience we expected.

Food poisoned in Hard Rock Cafe, no one cared
My girlfriend’s son got food poisoned in Hard Rock Café Bali airport and spent 3 days in the hospital after that. We have proof from the laboratory it came from a bacteria only to be found in meat which he didn’t eat in the 9 days prior to the HRC visit where he ate a meat hamburger. This ruined our holiday and writing our experiences to the restaurant it was waved off, same happened when we wrote the headquarters. We weren’t the first persons food poisoned if you read the HRC reviews. This is the worst customer service we ever experienced!

Lovely Staff poor travel tumblers UPDATED
I visited London Hard Rock Café for the 1st time and everyone was super lovely and welcoming, loved the experience.However, I am gutted that about the quality of their Pinktober Stainless Steel XL Tumbler with Handle, because it leaks from the top of the lid thus being useless and a massive waist of money. Do NOT buy it!!The website doesn't have an option to leave a review on the item so I'm leaving it here and I've also emailed them so I'll update this review once I get a reply.UPDATE 19/12/24I received an reply from their customer service within a week of sending it. They were super polite and warm they addressed the issue professionally and booked a call with me this week (ending Dec 22nd) to give me a refund for the tumbler and apologise for the inconvenience.Again lovely staff and customer service hence why I bumped the rating by 2 stars.I hope they change the design of the tumbler to seal properly because the looks of it is great and I would buy a new one as long as it seals.

Always have great service !!!
Always have great service at a hard rock. Yesterday we went to the one on Times Square in NYC. The wait was an hour which was absolutely fine when they said they will text us and we can come back I said if it’s ok to sit in the bar area as one of my children is autistic and it was too busy in the street (marathon weekend) and she said “say no more come with me” she got us a booth right in the corner of the restaurant and was fantastic with the kids. Made our experience so much more comfortable. Thanks!

SCAM AT PLAYA DEL CARMEN LOCATION
This review is specifically for the Playa Del Carmen location on 5th Avenue. They are running a known scam!! The percentage of tip you enter gets doubled on their card machine. They pretend that their first machine doesn't work so they swap it and the server enters the amount themselves and they refuse to provide the copy of the receipt. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!

Phenomenal food and drink and excellent service always. Loud and tastefully selected music always a plus. I have visited 12 locations across India, the UK and Europe - always feels like coming back home. Most recently Manchester. Hoping to bump up those numbers in the coming year.

Hard Rock Cafe Las Vegas StripCalled in yesterday with a group of 6 people aged between 45 & 58, the guy behind the bar asked us for ID. Bearing in mind we had been in there eating and drinking for last 4 days ( we are here on holiday for 7 days) and never been asked , we never thought about itOne of the other bar staff said to us , is he being a **** again !End of day we went elsewhere and spent $1100, and will do so elsewhere for next few daysAt least the bar man got the nice easy shift he wanted 😀👍
