If you are sane and value your time then please do not book any tours with this company as they mistreat people.A day before my tour I messaged the owner on Instagram asking where the meeting location is.The owner responded back to me I have no booking, I said I do have a booking as the confirmation email is right in front me. Owner said I have no booking as my surname isn’t there and that its stated on the terms and conditions I have accepted.On a tour of 24th August for city of London tour when my name was missing I got an email straight away and I corrected the booking.I responded back to the owner saying I booked British Museum Tour since 28th July not once did you or the company email me saying my booking is wrong, for me my booking is valid as my friend’s surname is on there, I said I would turn up and he said if I turn up I would be an alarm and I said had I not messaged on Instagram and if me and my friend turned up on the day as per as our booking then wouldn’t it be a stress then?. I clearly stated that I took a day of work for his tour for which I won’t get paid.So owner blocked me on Instagram and went to company site and cancelled my booking for 8th august and because I spoke up against the owner on Instagram, the owner also cancelled my 24th august booking which followed all the rules of terms and conditions.I wrote the company feedback by email saying that had I not messaged the owner asking for the meeting point I wouldn’t of never known, I also wrote that in the terms and conditions it doesn’t say that each party in the group has to have a full name shown on the booking, so my friend’s surname was on the booking but my surname was missing so the booking is still valid. Also mentioned they lied to me saying I have no booking, if I didn’t have a booking then how did the owner cancel it as we talking on Instagram. I also told the owner in the email that I have proof that when I did the Walthamstow walking tour my first name and my surname wasn't on the booking but yet he processed the payment and let me be on the tour, I’m guessing it's because they got the money whereas in this 8th August tour there is no money involved.I told my friend not to come, but I had another email booking for British Museum for 8th August with my full first name and surname and so I turned up. When I saw the owner at the front, he said he didn’t want me there, I said I’ve come peacefully and have now the correct bookings which follows all the rules, he got up and when I turned round he was talking to security to try and get me out of the museum.
