The deals have been great, the prices were worth it, and the whole process was simple from start to finish.Everything has been easy to purchase, and the app makes it quick to find offers and check out without any hassle. So far, I’ve been happy with the value I’ve gotten.I would definitely recommend Groupon to anyone looking for good deals and an easy buying experience.

Worst customer support I have ever experienced – constant lies and contradictions
This was the worst customer support experience I have ever had in my life.I paid £48.98 for an item, and it was never delivered. The order remained stuck on “Preparing to ship” for weeks. However, every time I contacted customer support, I was given completely different and contradictory information.One agent told me the item was not shipped. Another claimed it was already shipped. Then another said they were waiting for the merchant. Then they told me to wait 24 hours — multiple times — with no resolution. Every response was different, inconsistent, and clearly unreliable.It became obvious that the support team was either intentionally misleading me or had no idea what was actually happening. They repeatedly refused to issue a refund and avoided taking responsibility.This was the most dishonest, unprofessional, and incompetent customer support I have ever encountered.The only way I was able to recover my money was by initiating a chargeback through my bank. The bank reviewed the evidence and refunded me in full.I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company. If something goes wrong, their customer support will not help you and will provide false or misleading information instead of resolving the issue.Absolutely unacceptable experience.

Don’t use them they rob u I thought a massage deal they charged me £24.96 so basically they ripped me off I was having problems with the voucher so I rang the people who I got the voucher off the shop basically there price was different to there’s it was £18.96 I am not happy something don’t add up here I also went back on the Groupon site and I saw a canvas print I bought it and then when I clicked on there web site they wanted to charge me over £60 for the print I cancelled it but it was not paid back to my card it went on the Groupon site absolutely disgusting don’t use them adds are defo fake and u get charged more after I have had my treatment il be closing my account and not use them again be warned

I’m disappointed with my recent experience with Groupon. I was promised a refund to my original payment method for Order #[XXXX], but instead received Groupon credit. I have contacted customer service multiple times and have documentation of the promise. I am simply requesting that Groupon honor the refund they committed to. I hope they will resolve this matter promptly.

Zero customer service and a horrible product
This ridiculous company is set up to trap people who think they can save money into working with companies that have absolutely zero interest in giving them the services that they bought through their Groupons It's a great way to add frustration and annoyance to your life for sure. I stopped using them many years ago and have not got emails from them for many years and then out of the blue and some system glitch they're sending me daily emails for a city I haven't lived in for 5 years. The first time I got one I made sure that my account was unsubscribed using the link in the email and it said it would take one to two days and yet and yet every day I continue to get an email from them for a city that I don't live in even though my account shows the current city I do live in. And there's not one way humanly possible to receive customer service on their website so I wrote a long thing explaining that I had done everything possible to unsubscribe and I'm still getting daily emails on Groupon's Facebook page and I get a reply telling me how to unsubscribe so they didn't even read it it's just a form reply This is a horrible company you'd be crazy to use them.

I purchased a Groupon Code for a $97 real estate course that expired. I then purchased the SAME EXACT COURSE thru Groupon with the same company Acable Agent. This is an online course. When I went to put the code in, it DID NOT WORK. I tried numerous times. I was frustrated, so I created a new account with a different email address. Again, IT DID NOT WORK. I then wrote an email to Acable Agent stating I had no access to their course. I got a response back saying they went ahead and extended my original course for FREE and to reach out to Groupon to seek a refund. Well, after numerous emails back and forth and even getting my bank involved, sharing what had happened, Groupon REFUSED to give me a refund. The merchant says their hands are tied and the only way I could get a refund is with Groupon. Groupon stated that the code was ' viewed ' and when I shared that it still did not work, now matter where I entered it and I was given a complimentry extention, they did not care. Both Groupon and Acable Agent says that I can gift the real estate course to someone... Hahah um, no. There's no one in my world looking to take real estate classes right at this moment. Now I have two of the EXACT SAME COURSE, one is sitting idle- AKA in the tolit along with my $100 bucks. Never again will I use Groupo,n and I suggest others stay far, far away. This is black and white, and there is ZERO gray area, which in today's world, is a death sentence to a company... I don't see Groupon lasting more than 5 years with this policy. All it does is chase away customers... BYE, learned my lesson the hard way like so many others.

I used to shop at Groupon frequently but stopped because of all the rules associated with there deals! Thought I’d buy a Sam’s Club membership and screwed again! If you have been a Sam’s Club member within the last 6 months it won’t work! I tried to give it to my son who doesn’t want it! I can not get a refund and I am unable to use it due to prior membership within the last 6 months which I didn’t even see until after I purchased it! Do yourself a huge favor and don’t buy ANYTHING FROM GROUPON! 😡

I bought 2 vouchers to go to a Dinosaur experience with my son in October. When I tried to book the tickets the voucher code for my son wasn’t valid even though it was in date. I raised this with Groupon and the event organiser numerous times hoping to get an updated valid code. Both tickets then expired and the event organiser eventually extended the date for my sons ticket but as mine had expired and I wasn’t going to send my 5 ye old alone we didn’t use it. While trying to resolve the issue I was promised by Groupon customer service that if I couldn’t use the tickets I would receive a refund. I have sine contacted them multiple times, through the app and social media each time I am told that it has been escalated and I will receive an email with in 48 hrs then nothing, no communication, no escalation. How else can I escalate this independent of Groupon? I am truly at a loss ..

I WAS SENT A SURVEY AND FAITHFULLY COMPLETED IT, AFTER WHICH GROUPON AWARDED ME A $10 REWARD TO BE USED ON MY NEXT PURCHASE. I FOUND THAT I COULD NOT USE THAT REWARD EXCEPT ON THE GROUPON PHONE APP, SO I UPDATED THE APP AND AGAIN ATTEMPTED TO USE MY REWARD. THERE WAS NOWHERE ON THE APP, EITHER IN THE ORDERING PAGE OR ON "MY STUFF," AND I HAVE NOW SPENT OVER TWO HOURS OF MY TIME JUST TRYING TO GET THE CREDIT THEY PROMISED ME. I'VE PROVIDED THE SCREENSHOTS FROM THE REWARD EMAIL THEY SENT ME, BUT IT SEEMS THEY DON'T HONOR THEIR COMMITMENTS TO CUSTOMERS. I DIDN'T ASK FOR ANY "REWARD" CREDIT, BUT SINCE THEY DID GIVE IT TO ME, IT SHOULD BE MUCH SIMPLER TO GET THEM TO GIVE ME THAT CREDIT ON THE ITEM I PURCHASE--I PURCHASED IT JUST TO USE UP THAT $10 REWARD CREDIT.
