Terrible Experience with GREATS
I recently had a frustrating experience with GREATS Brand, Inc., and feel the need to share. First and foremost, their customer support has been completely unresponsive. Despite reaching out multiple times about my order, I’ve received no replies. It’s incredibly frustrating to be ignored as a paying customer.To make matters worse, my order took an unusually long time to ship. Once I finally received a tracking number, I noticed the status hasn’t updated in 3 days—no scans have been recorded. At this point, it seems likely that the package is lost or missing.The shipping method used was USPS, which is known for delays and lost packages. It’s baffling that such a high-value order was sent via a service with such a poor reputation.Despite my repeated attempts to get clarification, I’ve yet to hear back from GREATS. This entire experience has been incredibly disappointing and stressful.

Then I received an email saying they were available online for purchase yet I have not received my sneakers? After multiple emails I requested a refund, Today is 10/31/24 and I have no sneakers or refund.BEWARE!!!

I was informed that my shoes would arrive by June 5. They did not. When I called, the customer service rep said that due to popular demand, they were back ordered. But of course they processed my payment immediately. Pledged shipment by the end of the month but when I called today (after receiving no text updates) on the 26th they said that it should "begin processing" by the 30th but couldn't promise it. Fly by night business model. Buyer BEWARE!

I was really impressed with GREATS and still am with the shoe quality but their ethics as a business are not only bad but badly done as well. I held off purchasing a shoe I had my eye on because they were advertising this "warehouse sale" where things were up to 75% off. I waited until the sale started and went to their website where EVERYTHING was 2x as expensive as the previous day. I cleared cookies and had a friend look on their device and the price increase was for all not just me. I can't wrap my head around the stupidity of it. Asked customer service if I could get the same price as the previous day and was DENIED. I'm not going to have anything to do with a company I KNOW (because most if not all probably do something similar) is behaving in a deceptive and duplicitous fashion. It's such a disappointment as I thought I had discovered a great brand. Pun INTENDED!

Don't Expect Company to Honor Refunds
Placed an order for a pair of shoes and they were too large. Contacted support and got a response telling me to place a secondary order for the correct size and that they would issue a refund after receiving the return. Simple enough! Second pair arrived and still didn't fit. Contacted support and they sent me a return label for the second pair. Return both pairs of shoes. 3-4 weeks pass, no refunds for the two pairs of shoes. Contact support again and they check their system and say that they've issued the refunds. Only get an email for one refund. Contact support again 3 days later stating that one refund is still outstanding. They tell me that the refund is issued. I send another follow up asking them to clarify that they know I'm talking about a secondary order, and they give me the exact same response. Reply back with the order number I'm talking about, date of purchase, date of return, and price of item. They respond back regarding the other order and quote the return that I'm already aware has been issued. I'm still going back and forth with their support team, and they still don't seem to realize that they owe me a second refund. I'm now having to handle this through my credit card company. TLDR, stay away, this company does not know how to handle exchanges or refunds.
