I would not give 10 dollars for a truck load of ls100 engraver machines because the on we paid twenty k for stays inoperable most of the time, no help from the company that made it.
Takes days to get a simple quote. They advertise a text line when you call now. Tried texting, told to call. It should not take days for a customer to reach someone. ETA: We're nearly a week out from me placing the order and no confirmation yet.
Waited over a week for Gravotech to respond with a quote. Called several times. Couldn't just buy the part I needed on their site. Poor service. Moved on to another merchant.
Recently bought a laser machine. Sales guy was the quick and professional. Great customer service. Great products. I’m located in Los Angeles. Never had an issue with Gravotech. Would recommend.
