Bryan S. is the best! We had a few issues after initially signing up to build our website with Zoek, but once Bryan took over as our Account Manager it was smooth sailing! He is very attentive and responsive. His work is amazing and we couldn't be happier with the work he has done and continues to do.
When I explained what I wanted, they handpicked a contact for me to deal with and ensured I was only getting what I asked for. I wanted a walkthrough for my new website template and then to be left to handle things on my own because of my background. They did exactly that, and have checked in to make sure I got what I wanted.
They didn’t just “build a site.” They listened deeply, understood the concept, and approached the project with a true design-oriented, client-first mindset. At several points, they stepped outside the original scope to make sure the final result matched the bigger vision. This speaks volumes, for me. John, who managed my account, was phenomenal. He was patient, responsive, solution-focused, and consistently took ownership of anything that needed attention. His follow-through was consistent and patient (my schedule is nuts, and he never rushed me)The designers — Natalia and Miguel — did a beautiful job translating my ideas into something modern and well designed. They advertise that they will help you build your website and include “free ADA compliance services.” However, what they don’t make clear is that you may later be charged over $500 for those ADA services.I have phone records and emails clearly stating that I only wanted the website and did not agree to any additional ADA services. Despite this, they charged me anyway and have refused to issue a refund.I have documentation showing that I explicitly declined anything beyond the website. Their refusal to correct the charge has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.Be very cautious and make sure you get everything in writing before agreeing to work with them. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Had initial consultation with Jason Ortman ... both he and Jami Ivey are awesome to deal with.
I entered an agreement over the phone and they took half the payment. When the agreement was emailed to me I asked for amendments as it didn't reflect the services I was getting. They would not change it or adjust the price to reflect the package. I terminated their services within the 3 days in their terms and conditions and they have just continued building a website I don't want. They have told me the refund is being processed, then I was in a contract, and then again saying I would get a refund, and .....nothing. They are dishonest and behave like elusive scammers. One of the worst experiences of my life. Now it is becoming a legal battle.
Nate Lechner and Frankee Muryan are my go-to guys. Nate is a shark that will be in your corner when you need to see progress and Frankee is patient with extensive knowledge on how to get yourself started teaching you everything you need to know. This dream team is exactly what you need in order to succeed in creating your business website and launching your marketing strategies. They offer so much insight and can answer any questions you have business related. I have busted my butt trying to figure things out and these guys took over and got me in the right direction quickly and efficiently. Starting a business is an endless pit of tossing money out until these guys step in. They will never ignore a call even though they are booked weeks in advanced! They will make the time for you and address all of your concerns then and there ensuring you are taken care of no matter what. If you are a business owner that needs to get your company off the ground, go with Zoek. And if you click off from this review without booking, good because I don't even want to share these guys anyways!

The worst experience I’ve ever had with a business partner. Once they have you under contract, their lack or responsiveness increases dramatically. They have a purposefully confusing and layered work request process that’s designed to minimize the amount of work they do for clients in order to maximize their revenue. You’ll find them attempting to “up charge” for services the salesmen insist are included in contracts. You’ll find are pissing away good money by signing on with them. Do yourself a favor and pay for an independent web designer who takes pride in their work.
Claudia has created infographics and business cards for me and each time she pays attention to the details I requested. She is thorough and always wants my input. She is a very talented creative designer.

Jose at Zoek Marketing is very on top of things. He is incredibly responsive and encouraging about my marketing campaign. I would highly recommend this agency based on the quality of their employees. They are well trained and knowledgeable and eager to make my campaign a success.
I would not recommend Zoek Marketing. Their entire process lacked transparency, especially around billing. My account was set to auto‑renew without clear notice, and charges were made with no explanation of what I was actually paying for.What made it worse was the communication — or rather, the lack of it. I received weekly pressure to upgrade my plan, yet they never provided meaningful updates on how my current marketing plan was performing. No reports, no check‑ins, no visibility into results.When I finally requested to cancel, they billed me anyway, despite the clear cancellation request.A marketing company should be transparent, communicative, and accountable. My experience with Zoek was the opposite on every level.
Mirtha was excellent to work with. Her response time was great and she answered every question I had along the way. I would hope that everyone gets to experience the same experience I had!

Canceled request still nonstop calls. I canceled my request a solid month ago but I keep getting robo-called by them. I did not want their service and this has made me never want to use their service, now or in the future. Its at least 2 times a day, always from a new phone number, so blocking only works so well. This is infuriating as I am attempting to look for work so I always have to pick up calls I dont recognize immidiatly and suprise its just Zoek with more spam. My advise save your sanity and call history and NEVER USE ZOEK.
