I had a very disappointing experience with GoDaddy

I had a very disappointing experience with GoDaddy. I made multiple payments for a domain, but the domain was never delivered to me. Even after fulfilling my payment obligations, GoDaddy failed to provide access to the domain and offered no meaningful solution. This situation has caused significant loss and frustration. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services to others

Unauthorized Credit Card Transaction

I got charged on my credit card by godaddy and didn't receive any invoice and checked my godaddy accounts and don't see the transaction on it. Reached out to support, they said reach out to payment verification instead - which I did. Only for them to give me the order number based on the details of the transaction on my credit card statement and ask me to reach back out to support. Ok so I reach back out to support and reiterated that I didn't receive any invoice nor do I see the charge on any of my accounts - they then proceed to ask me for a 6 digit verification code from the authorized email address!And when I stated that it's not my account, they send me back to payment verification and asked to share details of the unauthorized transaction. Now I'm still stuck in limbo waiting for payment verification to respond and no clarity at all on how this is going to get me the refund for a charge on my card that is unauthorized. To the godaddy team here, order number received from payment verification team is in the reference number section of this review, I would sincerely appreciate your help on getting this resolved and my refund back please, thank you

Be VERY Careful with the Support Department

Be VERY Careful with tech support. Called to cancel multiple domain registrations - and was told I would be receiving our refund within 5 business days. I called and was told "no refund can be provided and we will look into it"LIARS and there are other domain registration companies to use instead.Our loss (and experience) can be your lesson to spend your money elsewhere.

Telephone support is still valued & good with GoDaddy

Super pleased with GoDaddy’s 24/7 telephone support. They resolve my questions in a professional, patient manner and I love that I do not have to go through 5 minutes of voice or menu prompts.

Expensive, terrible to navigate and dreadul customer service

After the greater part of 20 years as a customer, I've finally am fed up to the back teeth with the deterioration of customer service, the eye-watering charges and an almost impossible process to maintain and manage domains.My emails to the company are unanswered, to the board of directors, unanswered, to the investor relations team unanswered and all the time despite having paid for a range of products they could not be re-applied and a domain was simply taken off line.Now, I have no problem whatsoever in giving praise where it is due, but on this occasion, despite calls to the "help" desk, staff have been rude, unwilling to try and resolve matters and refuse to elevate matters to any manager. Enough. Avoid this company - it is expensive, terrible to navigate, no longer intuitive for domain management and unresponsive to email. Harldy surprising that the market cap for the company is at or close to all time lows.

What a complete waste of time

What a complete waste of time their payment verification team is. They take over 12 hours to reply just to ask for something else. It’s been almost three days since they blocked me, and every 12 hours they request something new. I’m tired of sending them so much stuff over a $5 domain... at this rate they’ll want to check my credit report too. I definitely recommend using another option instead of GoDaddy and their slow, terrible customer service.

Lesly the representative that I spoke with, was more than helpful leading me to find viable solutions to the dilemma I was plagued with. In addition Lesly was able to reverse an anomaly that happened with my account and website. Helping me to quite literally save me 100 hours of website design and work. Lucky ME!! I got MIKE as my tech!!

I was fortunate to be connected with MIKE, a very knowledgeable and patient tech. I had several problems with my account transfer to go-Daddy and Mike was able to help me not only with the transfer but set up my email and deleted several bugs that were keeping me from using my email properly. I wish I could make Mike my personal tech!! Give this fellow a raise!!
