Inferior fragrance & poor customer service

I tried a tester of L’interdit esp and really liked it and the fragrance lasted for hours.Got a bottle for Christmas and the fragrance disappeared fairly early on. I contacted customer service and was asked to produce receipt, product number etc which I did - still awaiting a response!Very poor customer service. I will continue with Chanel & Estee Lauder - never had an issue with them.

Buyer beware….thieves and liars

UpdateYou state they have been worn which simply is not true. They were tried on once in an office setting. I am not in the habit of buying clothes to wear and returning them. Your assessment is wildly incorrect. Your company cannot verify that the fabric faults were not already present. I’ve never had this kind of experience with such blatant lies. My assessment stands, that buyer beware as the company lies. Buyer beware….thieves and liars. Bought a shirt and trousers that shipped on time with excellent communication. Decided to keep the shirt and return the pants. I had tried the pants on once. When givenchy received the return they claim there are fabric faults caused by me so will not refund. They cannot prove the faults were not there prior to sending. Working in the industry I know it’s impossible for these faults to occur with one try on. Do not buy from them, purchase through a third party that are far more transparent.

I recently contacted customer service…

I recently contacted customer service regarding my missing bag, which is worth nearly €2,000. The customer service team has been very kind, professional, and understanding — truly great service.I do hope, however, that the investigation will be completed as soon as possible. I understand that this process can take up to 30 days, but given the value of the item and the circumstances, I sincerely hope for a quicker resolution.Givenchy is a high-end luxury brand, and I trust that this matter will be handled efficiently, as the brand’s reputation is extremely important.As a professional nail technician, I am in daily contact with many clients, and I have always recommended Givenchy to them. Although I own several Givenchy bags, this was my first online purchase. I hope this situation will be resolved positively and promptly.

Not the Haute Couture Service they claim to be!

I purchased a pair of Shark Lock Boots & received them in early November. By the third time wearing them, the lock on one boot, fell off. Did not notice until next day. Givenchy customer service insisted on a $295 dollar fee to replace the lock (despite the boots being brand new). I paid the $295 on December 18th. As of today, January 7th, zero communication from Givenchy. I have followed up 4 times, including proof of payment, asking simply : is lock being sent directly to me? What happens next? NOTHING. I’ve called customer service lines - one did not work. One I was on hold for too long I gave up. These boots are incredibly expensive & GIVENCHY is supposed to be a luxury brand focused on quality and customer service. They are NOT!

Givenchy Gentleman - trying to trade on an early success

Givenchy Gentleman was an excellent fragrance for men, but now there's a whole range of variants trading on the name but without the quality aroma. I can't remember the number of times female colleagues have asked me what I use so that they could buy some for their husband. Look for the 'Originale' version if you want the real thing.And why oh why have they given in to the beardy brigade and stopped producing the aftershave?

If I could give this company 1/8 of a…

If I could give this company 1/8 of a star I would. First of all extremely difficult to get someone on the phone. Second was put on hold 3 times to be transferred waited more than 10 minutes each time only to be disconnected. Still have been unable to talk to anyone.

Extremely Disappointed with Customer…

Please let me know what I can do to fix my slides thanks so much!Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service and Product QualityI had a terrible experience with both the product and customer service. The entire strap on my slides broke off, making them unwearable — the exact same thing happened to my friend’s identical pair, which points to a clear quality issue. Despite providing all necessary information, I was told the item was “unrepairable” and that no exchange or replacement could be offered, due to seasonal material limitations and an unclear claim of “multiple repairs” (which I never made). For a brand positioning itself as high-end, I expected far better accountability. Extremely disappointed.

If I could give 0 stars I would , I tried to order a necklace twice the 4G necklace with the crystal ball , the first time I ordered I waited three days and still no shipping number then the next day my order got cancelled and they sent my money back? So I called them and I spoke to simone who actually promised me it won’t happen again made me order THROUGH him so he was doing it on his laptop or whatever and then the same thing happened again after he assured me it won’t , customer service is appalling and I wouldn’t even bother with these people. Just silly

Worst customer service!!!?

I received a Givenchy bag as a gift, a year later the gadget that closed the bag broke! I kid you not, the run around I got from their customer service was the worst!! I had to call them at least 12 times to try to get this resolved!! And trying to talk to a manager there was impossible!! I have actually have been disappointed in a lot of their products! But this was the first time calling them. I still have not gotten this issue resolved. I will never buy their products again. I can spend my money elsewhere!

I paid 750€ for an article, but I never got an order confirmation. Then the product simply dissappeard from my shopping cart.

Hello Customer Service colleagues,I purchased last week the 4G short necklace in metal, however I never got an order confirmation.Instead, one day after making the payment, I got an email saying that the item had been added to my shopping cart. Then I received another e-mail saying that my shopping cart is waiting for me. However, when I log into my account the shopping cart is empty, although I paid the 750€ for the article and never got an order confirmation.I am still waiting for this issue to be solved. It has now been a week, and I still don't know what is going to happen to my 750€.

Not received member gift

I'm extremely disappointed with Givenchy's customer service. As a ribbon member, I reached out to them regarding a gift I was entitled to but never received. Instead of addressing my concern, they completely ignored it. Their lack of professionalism and customer care is unacceptable. I expected to be treated with the level of service they claim to offer, but unfortunately, their support proved to be utterly worthless. They offered no assistance whatsoever.

Horrific customer service, just buy from dept stores

Ordered back on 11/28/24, took them weeks to get me my order in a bunch of different parts despite paying for next day delivery. Some of the items were missing, some of the items were the wrong size, and it's February 12th and I still don't have my full refund. The Givenchy.com store is a joke. I don't understand why they both to have it if they aren't going to run it well or professionally. Just leave it to the dept stores and what not if you can't handle simple orders and refunds. Construction quality is also meh.

I bought a pair of Givenchy Spectre…

I bought a pair of Givenchy Spectre trainers. Zip broke on the left trainer. Trainer hardly worn. Emailed and they said their own ateliers are unable to repair the shoe that they have made and further because i am 5 months out the warranty period they cannot offer me a partial refund or exchange. Basically £600 down the train and they couldnt have cared about that. Trainers look close brand new too. Shocking.

Absolutely DIRE customer service!

I purchased a lipstick in the UK which was faulty. I got in touch with Beauty customer services and sent the lipstick back.. My first email was the 25th September. Since then I have emailed 7 times and called twice. All the while speaking to the customer service lady called Géraldine. I have even asked for her manager to call me which I was assured would happen today. (Jessica) Again nothing. I have lost all faith now in your brand and have never experienced customer service like this! Why would it take so long for this to be remedied? And why is your customer so shockingly bad?As of today's date 6th Dec I have still not had the replacement lipstick!Update: Monday the 9th I called and spoke to Nicole who promised to escalate to a manager. Again no call back or follow up so today the (11th Dec) called YET again and this time spoke to Hagar who said would send an internal email and chase up as well as getting a manager to follow up.... Will wait and see if this happens. Still no further forward then I was and still no replacement lipstick....17th Dec.. Guess what no update as promised by Hajar.. Infact no contact at all! Will try calling again tomorrow...2025, just called again as still no update or replacement. Advised by Geraldine that she couldn't get a manager to call me back or even wasn't willing to get the manager to speak to this other team who apparently deal with these issues. I'm not at a loss. 4 months on and no replacement!

Hi i bought a handbag from Givenchy in…

Hi i bought a handbag from Givenchy in Harrods a few weeks ago.. and the bag straps keep opening while using the bag.. which should not happen.. it should not just loosen up while you are wearing tbe bag.. or all your items will fall out..And there are a few threads coming away from it to..I only wore the bag twice and paid alot of money for it and reported the problem to customer service.. it is the worst customer service experience ever.. they were not even willing to take a look at the bag.. they Told me send pics of the bag.. and decided it was not faulty.. how can they tell by pictures.. it didn't make sense.. as this happens while wearing the bag..They were also not very nice..I have dealt with so many companys in the past and have always always been looked after.. and they have dealt with issues..This was my first time buying a handbag from Givenchy and was very very dissapointed!

Best customer service at The Pavillion, Kuala Lumpur

The Salesperson at Pavillion, Kuala Lumpur provided us with excellent customer service tonight. I was looking for a long zip wallet. He was polite, helpful and well-informed. I highly recommend this store because of the fantastic customer service.

First time stopping by the Givenchy store

Stopped by the Givenchy store in downtown Toronto during a business trip and figured I’d pick up a handbag while I was there. Gotta say, the folks working there were just great—super helpful and friendly, took their time to make sure I found something I’d love.But for the price I shelled out, I was expecting a little more in terms of quality. It’s a beautiful bag, don’t get me wrong, but it’s just pricey for what you get. Plus, the store itself didn’t have a ton of options out on display. Would’ve been nice to see a bigger selection, especially for a high-end spot like that. All in all, nice experience, just a bit steep for what you’re gettin’.Try it if it’s your thing, but all up to you
