Support responded quickly to my question about a game key's availability and informed me when it was made available again. I bought various games on this platform without issue before so I recommend it.
I accidentally activated the wrong edition and contacted support. Even though activated products are usually non-refundable, they made a one-time exception and offered a full store credit refund. The response was quick, professional and very fair.Highly appreciated.

Usually I have no trust in discount site. This one has a proper customer service and is very clear on its offers. I had an issue with a game I bought in the wrong zone. Support was very re active and switched it to the proper one in no time. I recommend it

A no-nonsense store with frequent good deals on pre-orders and recently released games.As a favorable personal experience; they just moved one of my preorders between their localized stores to make sure I get the preorder bonus with it, despite the difference in pricing and at no request of mine! Whenever I see people complain about this site, I remember that some countries have iq as low as 47. If you are even the slightest bit competent you will have no problem here.I personally saved 71% on vic 3 (from 42 to 12 pounds). You guys are awesome, keep up the great site.

Got a code from a campaign for a key of a game that was locked in my region.A few quick messages and the support asked me to pick another game i was interested in that would work for my region.Great experience.
Gamesplanet will not offer a refund even though I purchased a video game within an hour of buying. There are far better companies such as Steam, Xbox, and PlayStation with customer friendly refund policies. On the other hand, Gamesplanet does not offer a refund once a purchase is made and the code they give is unlocked. They are a useless 3rd party. Just a greedy company with no consideration to their customer’s concerns. Steam, Xbox, and PlayStation will let the customer use the game and give a refund for a video game if the customer requests within the same day! Gamesplanet WILL NOT REFUND!
I accidentally purchased a game twice so i sent an email to have one refunded and they responded within 10 mins. Very quick and it was easy to resolve.
