Dishwasher awful.

Few months ago I bought Frigidaire complete set. So far, frig not bad, stove ok, except stains on the glass top are awful, almost impossible to remove, I’m always scrubbing. Microwave is the one I like the most, works well so far.The appliance I hate the most is the dishwasher, rate minus 0. You can set it at any length of time you want, even 2 and half hours, waist of everything and still need to rewash my dishes. I miss my old one.Besides, I don't think they will last long. Don’t buy them.

Absolute garbage company and product

Absolute garbage company and product. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! We have had issues for over a year (bought in Nov 2024) now of our microwave/oven just randomly completely shut off. Happens sometimes multiple times a day. They have been out probably over 7 times. And many times it just gets worse. Every time we call they say they will send someone out before the deem it unfixable. After over a year and many many people coming out (often rescheduling at the last minute after we moved our day around for them to come, as me and my husband both have jobs- crazy concept I know), I would think it would be deemed as unfixable. They are the absolute worse company. Dont ever ever ever buy from them. All I want is my money back so I can buy from a different company.

Refrigerator died after 19 months

Refrigerator died after 19 months. The warranty for all parts / service ends at 12 months , nothing longer for the main, sealed system.They offered to fix it for $335 which is half of what I paid. Would never recommend them.

We purchased a brand-new Frigidaire oven in Canada, and from the very beginning it has had issues. Unfortunately, what followed has been six months of frustration, wasted time, and complete lack of accountability.For six months, we have been trying to resolve this matter. Customer service is outsourced overseas, and every representative we speak to appears unfamiliar with the file and unable to provide real solutions. We repeatedly had to re-explain the same issue over and over again.We waited three months for a technician appointment that never materialized. After calling again, we were told someone would come on January 27. No one showed up. No call. No notice. Nothing.This is a vacation property located five hours away from our primary residence. We had to travel specifically for this service appointment — which never happened. The inconvenience and cost to us has been significant.We requested either a replacement unit or a refund. This was immediately dismissed without consideration. We asked to speak to a supervisor three separate times and were told each time that a supervisor would call us back. No one ever did.The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer care is unacceptable for a major appliance brand.Consumers in Canada should be extremely cautious when purchasing from Frigidaire. If something goes wrong, do not expect timely support or proper follow-up.

Terrible service

Defective products and terrible service. I spent 370 dollars on parts that didn't work and the technician himself Ryan Sweeney was very rude and refused to do his job. Don't recommend their products or this gentleman.

I had a Frigidaire freezer who was…

I had a Frigidaire freezer who was making noise, so I book a service call, they ask for the serial number of the freezer and sent a technician but we had to prepay a big amount. The tech came for 5 mins advised the freezer is too old and no parts are being made for it anymore, can't fix it and left. Now fridgidaire is holding my partial refund and have been saying we sent it but I never receive it. How can you ask for the serial number and not advise we can't send someone as it's too old and parts are no longer made for those freezers no need to charge you and send a technician but no instead they take the $ send a tech and don't refund me. I have called 3 times now today will be the 4th to get the "partial refund " sent at this point I should get the full refund this is a money scam and I would stay away from fridgidaire. Bad service....

Brand new gallery refrigerator a lemon and customer service terrible

Brand new gallery refrigerator never cooled. Still under warranty. It took over a month for a technician to look at and they were unable to fix. Frigidaire can not find a technician to take another look at it but they won’t replace or refund my money. This refrigerator is a replacement for the exact same model that gave out after 13 months and had the exact same diagnosis. Strongly recommend staying away from the Frigidaire brand for appliances.

Awful experience

At the time of purchase, the refrigerator was scheduled for delivery within a few days. Based on that timeline, I took time off from work, cleaned out my existing refrigerator, disconnected it, moved it, and prepared my home for delivery. The delivery date was then delayed to approximately two weeks later, requiring additional time off and disruption.When the refrigerator finally arrived, it was significantly damaged (photos available). I contacted customer service and attempted to negotiate a partial refund so I could keep the unit and avoid further delays, as I urgently needed a refrigerator and had already scheduled recycling of my old unit through New Hampshire recycling services. I was informed that this was not an option and that the refrigerator must be returned due to the damage. Reluctantly, I agreed.A pickup was scheduled for the following week. On the scheduled pickup day, the driver refused to collect the refrigerator, citing snow on the driveway. However, the driveway had been fully plowed and was easily accessible; multiple vehicles accessed it without issue that same day. I offered three reasonable alternatives to facilitate pickup, all of which were declined without attempt. The driver left without taking the unit.I am now awaiting rescheduling, while a large, damaged refrigerator remains sitting in my living room. This entire process has cost me significant time, inconvenience, and lost work hours, and has left me without a proper resolution for weeks.Given the circumstances, I am requesting that Frigidaire allow me to keep the refrigerator and issue a refund of $500 toward the purchase price. I believe this is a fair and reasonable resolution that would adequately compensate for the delays, delivery failures, and disruption caused by this situation.I would appreciate your prompt attention and a timely resolution.

Wish I had read these reviews before I bought

Bought a Frigidaire Gallery Induction Cooktop FGIC3066TB in September of 2024. In July of 2025 two burners stopped working. I contacted Electrolux/Frigidaire so called customer service (haha) same day via phone. They set up appointment with a repair service for Aug. 2025, no one showed.Frigidaire set up another appointment same company, again no show. Then they said they would look for another company to come repair my cooktop. I called Sears Appliance Repair, tech came same day and diagnosed the problem, told me what parts was needed and all the prices. I called/emailed Frigidaire with information. No response. I contacted on social media, was told to call/email, did, still no repair. They put it off till cooktop was out of warranty then advised, wasn't their place to fix or replace as it was OUT OF WARRANTY. Will never, never buy another Electrolux(owns)/Frigidaire, and will be sure and let everyone I know how bad they are at honoring their warranties on their products.

Horrible product… Horrible customer service

I recently purchased a $769 microwave had to pay for it to be installed due to my disabilities. In less than 8 months it had a shortage and stop working. Customer service sucks! The manufacturer took me through hell to prove I purchased it, claim my receipt was invalid even though it was directly of the Best Buy’s website. Then only refunded $400

Worst Oven I've Ever Owned

I bought my Frigidaire oven (Model #GCFG3060BFB) about a year ago, and while the stove top works fine, the oven has been a constant source of frustration. The temperature display is inaccurate and inconsistent: when set to 350°F, the oven undershoots the temp by 25-50°F. At higher temperatures, like 400°F or above, it overshoots by 50–75°F.I tried using the built-in calibration feature as instructed by Frigidaire support, but it didn’t resolve the issue — the oven still cycles unpredictably and reports it’s at temperature when it is not. I’ve called Frigidaire twice during the warranty period. The first time I was told to use calibration (which I did), and the second time I was told that inconsistent temperature is “not a warranty issue.” It’s shocking that an oven that cannot maintain a stable, accurate temperature isn’t considered defective.For anyone who ever uses the oven— for casseroles, cookies, cakes, biscuits, a turkey, or anything— this oven is a nightmare. You have to constantly monitor the temperature with an oven thermometer and manually adjust the heat. The stove top works well, but if you plan to bake, be prepared for a lot of babysitting.Overall, it’s disappointing that a new, supposedly high-quality oven is so unreliable. I plan to replace it with a GE Profile oven, which I’ve always found to be far more accurate and consistent.

8 months old $1800 JUNK

I bought a house recently with a 5 month old (manufacture date is 05/25) Frigidaire refrigerator in it.Now, after 2 moths of owning the house and the new refrigerator, the water dispenser and the lower icemaker have both stopped working. (7 months since being manufactured).So, I thought "no problem, it's nearly new" and certainly the manufacturers of a large, expensive appliance such as this will stand by their product, right ?NO, the manufacturers rep at first could barely understand the language.THEN, she told me that the warranty on an almost new appliance will not transfer, so im left holding the bag on this Frigidaire appliance that I not only dont trust to keep my food cold, but I dont have faith in the company or their products.When I told the rep that this was bad business, she had a scripted response just like the rest of the conversation.Seems their reps are used to negative comments.Their reputation is already starting to catch up to them.

Terrible Customer Service

I’ve bought a lot of Frigidaire but never again. I recently purchased an oven and it was supposed to come with an air fryer tray. I contacted Frigidaire as told, customer service was supposed to call or email me to fix the situation and they never did. They kept trying to claim they didn’t need to add the piece even though it was a clear incentive upon buying the oven. Absolutely terrible customer service they don’t care if you’re happy with your products and they’ll try to cheat you out of their incentives. Don’t buy Frigidaires. There are plenty of other good options out there with better customer service.I posted on their social media, they reached out but didn’t do anything once again. Just a cop out from doing anything to actually support their customers.

My apartment has all Frigidaire…

My apartment has all Frigidaire appliances (refrigerator, microwave, washer dryer).They are all hot garbage, and so noisy. Shrill constant beeping that cant be disabled. Refrigerator is too narrow to fit anything in. Shitty products, shitty company

Awful, awful, awful-STAY FAR AWAY!!

Like others, I should have checked reviews before ordering from Frigidaire - what I thought was a reputable brand. I ordered double wall ovens on 12/3, with the earliest delivery and installation date of 12/11. Hearing nothing, contacted them and was assured date was still good. We blocked out the day, waited, and finally mid-afternoon received an email with new delivery date. It said to call delivery co. If date wasn’t good - called 3 times and left messages. No one called back so blocked out the new date. In the interim (4 days later) we had an inch of snow. Delivery people arrived, didn’t knock on door or call - just took pictures of our house and wouldn’t deliver - too snowy. Called customer service twice, said they would call back with new delivery date - never did. Three days later I received an email saying they were going to deliver 3 days BEFORE the date of the email. Disgusted, we called, cancelled the order, and were assured we would receive a full refund. Next morning at 7:30 I got a call from delivery person - we’re 17 minutes away. No thanks I said, we already cancelled the order. Last straw - no refund so I filed a dispute with my credit card company who finally secured a full refund. Do yourself a favor - STAY FAR AWAY FROM FRIGIDAIRE! They are the worst company I’ve dealt with in 44 years of owning our house!!

Sold me a broken fridge won’t refund me been without a fridge for 2 weeks had to buy a chest fridge/freezer. I report do not buy Frigidaire they have zero customer service and u literally can’t return broken products that are 2 weeks old I will never buy from them again 🤌🏽🤌🏽I pray ur business fails

Horrible product

I never searched Trustpilot reviews before buying my Frigidaire over/under washer and dryer Quiet Pack. Judging by the reviews for this company I really should have checked. This washer dryer combo is horrible! It has a feature called balance load. And depending on how much clothes you put, you will most likely get a balance load error message. I was in a hurry to get a wash done before sundown. I had two hours to do the wash. I hour for washing and an hour for drying. I put the clothes on about 2:15 pm and by the time the sun went down I still had a balance load error on the machine. My wet clothes will sit in the washer until I can figure out what to do. I can't pull soaking wet clothes out and put them in again because sometimes this doesn't work either. Very, very poor design. It must have been designed by some man who thought he would design a better machine. We see how that went with the Ford focus. Crappy car crappy washing machine. It saddens me that they don't even respond to reviews.

Spoiled Christmas

Came home Christmas eve to find our one month old freezer had stopped working. All our food was wasted. That included our Christmas dinner. About $500 plus of food. We are in our 70's and can't afford to replace all that food. I spoke to several customer service people, yes, they are going to come fix the freezer....no they are not going to give us anything for the food. I talked to so many people that one person finally broke down and sent me a $50 card for food. Really? Frigidaire doesn't care about their elderly customers.
