My boat was on the hard just outside of their office door. I asked for a quote to change a cutlass bearing. It took almost a month for them to take a look. They cannot claim they were busy as everytime I phoned you could hear them messing about in the office. When they eventually got back to me I was told that it would cost about £4000! They claimed they would have to remove the cockpit floor and take out the engine as the prop had to be drawn into the boat.I local chap did the job in less than half a day and didn't even need to drop the rudder (there were 2 pass through tingles).I have heard similar stories from other boat owners.I will never use them or recommend them.
