Money down the toilet
We hired them to manage our campaigns during our first year in business. Because our account was small, they assigned an inexperienced account manager to us. He didn't touch anything and for weeks we kept pushing for actual changes to the campaigns. After 3 months of money down the toilet, we ended our contract, took the campaign management back and taught ourselves how to manage our ads. We should have demanded a refund. Live and learn. I wouldn't recommend them at all.
