Absolute joke of a service. Ordered twice on the 20th Feb, and both were cancelled because they sold me stock they didn't actually have. Their "solution" is for me to follow their social media and use a discount code with a million exclusions. My time was wasted and my funds were tied up for nothing. First and last time ordering from Foot Locker UK.

They received my returned items on 04/02/26 it’s now 22/02/26 and still no sign of a refund. Horrendous customer service.

Refused to process my refund after return not delivered by courier eventhough I followed their return process and provided evidence, then blamed me saying they wouldn't process the refund as I hadn't followed a company process rule in a hidden EU help page.

I received a completely incorrect item that I did not order and they refused to send me the correct shoe that I actually ordered. My order had someone else's personal information and another stranger also now has my personal contact information and address. When I contacted customer service they told me that although it was their mistake, I need to arrange return of the incorrect product myself and they would withhold a refund until 1-2 weeks after it was received. So disgusting

I ordered a pair of Hoka shoes from Footlocker in August 2025. After 6 months the sole had started to detach from the shoe itself with normal use. I contacted the customer service team, who asked for photos of the issue. After providing these, they have still asked for the shoes to be returned to their Quality Department even though the defect is evident. No pair of shoes should have such a defect after 6 months. I have returned the shoes to Footlocker reluctantly (at my own inconvenience) and remain hopefully they will provide a refund, as they do not offer replacement.Overall terrible customer service, I will never buy shoes from Footlocker again and will go directly to Hoka next time.
