I wish I could give zero stars

I wish I could give zero stars. No customer support, no response, a pathetic AI chatbox, changing flight times randomly for tickets booked in advance, don't give refund even though they change my whole itinerary so I can't book with a different airline. Charging me 350 euros PENALTY for what? The airplane itself,management, timeliness, staff are also extremely pathetic. I am going to sue this airline.

No thank you

1. Hard uncomfortable non reclining seats 2. Little leg room3. Not even a thimbles worth of free water .4. Outrageous prices for refreshments-12 euros for a cup of instant coffee and a snickers bar. 5. Toilet wouldn’t flush, old poo covering the bottom of the bowl .

Shockingly bad customer service

Shockingly bad customer service. I purchased a ticket and the transaction was rejected. Worse is that it is with great difficulty I am still trying to get a refund for a service I paid for yet never received. The agent I spoke with seemed to believe GDPR was involved. Data protection is not relevant being as I was the payee and no ticket was ever issued. Please refund me for a service I never received Pegasus. You should train your customer service staff to understand basic rules and common sense. I paid for something. You didn’t provide it. Give me my money back. Simple. Utterly woeful.

This is very 3rd class airline they…

This is very 3rd class airline they have not any responsibility i travelled from helsinki to karachi on 18th feb today is 4th march it was connected flight i did not received my baggage on karachi airport i filed the complaint on the airport also report my baggage to the airline they are still failed to find my baggage they are just giving me foolish answer that we have reported to the concern airport we'll give you the answer when we'll receive any update this is very irresponsible behavior d'nt travel with this foolish airline

Awful

Sat in the airplane for an hour because of technical issues, which is inconvenient but acceptable, however the crew didn’t offer water,Tea or coffee.

Don’t ever use pegasus airlines

Don’t ever use pegasus airlines! Recently had a flight with them - got my baggage back with a broken in half frame. I documented the damage at the arrival airport, took pictures, and contacted the support team. The communication is terrible, with operators taking forever to respond and asking the same questions over and over again. As required by the pegasus team, I provided them with a link to the exact same baggage - a link to an official website of the producer. They offered me less than half a price for the baggage that can’t even be repaired. I complained again. In their email they specified that they will only review their offer if I provide them with a valid invoice. I bought this baggage years ago, I don’t have an invoice! Never flying with them again.

if zero star I will give it to this bad airline.this airline is deceitful and steals people's money, with bad service , no customer service at all, no qualified pilots ..... no communication nothing.it is better to not fly with this airline.

Turning logistics into advanced suffering

I’ve had the great misfortune of flying with Pegasus airlines several times. I’m writing this review so you don’t make the same mistake I did. On repeated occasions I have experienced delays/cancellation with Pegasus. The information comes too late to be of any use, in fragments, or not at all! Good luck figuring out your next steps if you’re stranded in a foreign country after your flight was cancelled. It’s not like the employees are going to help you.The disruptions don’t seem to be the exception, but a part of their business model. At the gate, complete strangers were sharing their own horror stories, some with photo evidence. It seems to be a pattern with Pegasus that practical burden shifts quickly and quietly onto the passenger. You are the one rearranging plans, absorbing extra costs, and managing the stress of meeting requirements that are unclear, impractical, or seemingly impossible to fulfill — often with minimal guidance. Every trip with this airline has felt like a game of chance – and the house always wins.Customer service deserves its own chapter. The often unfriendly, incompetent and/or rude staff is just the cherry on top in an already very stressful situation. Getting a hold of someone who can actually assist you feels like winning the lottery. And when you finally do, you’re made to feel like an annoying inconvenience rather than a paying customer. Even if you’ve lost two connecting flights, important commitments and additional expenses incurred. The lack of ownership is staggering. Responsibility seems to vanish into thin air the moment an issue arises. It’s like talking to a wall, and not the representatives of an airline. At least the wall doesn’t double charge you for the luggage and require you to fight for reimbursement afterward. You’re left delayed, stressed out, financially impacted, and resentful for choosing Pegasus again.My repeated experience with Pegasus Airlines have been completely exhausting. At this point I would rather sell my body so I can afford flying with a different company. Do not choose this airline if you have any other option.

Very rude staff with poor English. Avoid if you can.

I was illegally fined €50 by employee for allegedly oversized luggage, but she did not check the size of my bag, there were no metal racks on site where we usually put our bags for inspection. Also, my passport was DETENTIONED without explanation why and illegally. I was also threatened that I would not get on the plane.Also, let me add the feeling of stress when I heard the words…give me your passport, you won’t fly today and stand there. I have never been arrested before, but I guess that’s how a person feels when their international identity document is withheld and they order them to stand there. I didn’t say I wouldn’t pay, I didn’t act hostile, but I wanted to know why I was being fined by an officer who didn’t even introduce himself.

This company is like a ghost

This company is like a ghost. Nobody answers . No information about cancelled flights . The chat bot doesn't work. Calling them and a robot speaks Turkish for 3 minutes then they just end the call. No answers.

Pegasus Airlines online ticket purchase + online check-in .

I would like to give a review specifically on Pegasus website regarding online ticket purchase and check-in. Absolutely treacherous. Its kinda like going to Egypt and receiving offers from street vendors (hello my friend, just for you best price! .. etc.) (constant extra deals and ads) that you cannot avoid nor get rid of. Ryanair gives you offers for upgrading and weight and so on as well, but it doesnt bombard you in the way this airline does. Truly making it difficult to complete a ticket purchase. Also for online check-ins when i tried to check-in myself via my phone i COULD NOT do it WITHOUT purchasing for extra weight allowance... then i tried it on my computer and there it was possible. So i almost had to pay for extra weight i didnt want (30e + for one passenger). Point is their website truly adds extra stress that nobody needs and if youre not careful that means additional costs.

Price Scamming…

The payment page doesn't redirect you to the payment stage, and then a 1 one minute later they sell me the same flight for 50 Euros more. It's a scam company; avoid using them if possible.

IF YOU LIKE BEING LATE....

Flight from Dublin to Istanbul recently, flight was 40 minutes late leaving Dublin, no explanation no apologies, My airport transfer who spoke very little English had gone off for his break, I had to wait for him to come back as I was late.Flight back to Dublin was 40 minutes late taking off from Istanbul again no explanation or apology, the flight was also over booked!!! More chaos, I ended up missing my bus at Dublin airport and my ticket was for that particular time.I have a two hour wait to see if the bus driver will let me on a different schedule time bus!!!Also I found the staff quite abrupt, literally shouting at people to open window slides and put seat belts on, the flight was punctuated with overly loud announcements in Turkish and sometimes in English later, Their pegasus cafe menu was actually so overpriced it made Ryanair's look like lidl !!!!€15.00 for a miniature jack Daniels bottle!!!! €10.00 for small can of Heineken!!! €7.00 for a snickers!!!! And when I tried checking in online i had no luggage only a light backpack,I was unable to check in online with the no luggage option, it simply would not let me continue unless I picked a checked bag option!!!!! Crazy badly organised set up.I can say with all honesty It was my first AND last time using that airline.

My biggest mistake buying ticket with pegasus

I regret have not properly investigate the airline before buying the ticket. My first and definitely the last time. Their hand baggage allowance 3kg and 30x40x15cm. Probably not long until they will reduce it to 300g and 10x20x3cm. Never thought that there is something worse than Wizz or Ryanair, but compared to Pegasus their look like top notch luxury airlines. Unfortunately can’t return the tickets which I would do without event thinking for 1 second and go for more expensive decent airlines.

They tried to stolen children by keeping their identification.I had very bad experience, we had transit flights after a passport check in Turkey when my family and I want to get in the plain the man asked that my husband have two bags so I tried to explain that one of the bags it’s for my sun he is 3 years old and he can’t carry it. My husband wants to give him money but He called his colleague and they took our passport and he looked at my children by meaning I noticed they planted to stolen my children.My hands were shaking l went to his face and asked for my children passports, first of all we are 4 person and we have 4 back bag second of all if even we had extra bags you can ask for money not to take passport and not let us go.He tried to make us separate he gave my children and I pass and told us you can go I didn’t have any other choice to save my children, my daughter was crying,When I get in plain I didn’t let airplanes fly so police came in and I asked I have to make sure my husband is safe and have his passport .Police contacted them they said if she wanted her husband tell her to come.Of course I am not getting out to this unsafe country so they give my husband pass after half an hour but they didn’t let him fly with us .Unfortunately Turkey is not a safe country before they tried to stole your money by double price charges products, now they want more money they want to sell your children.Please if you have children don’t trust them

Everything went well…

I have read many bad experiences but in my case the flights were on time, the personnel was kind, the planes were pretty new and clean and every went well. It is a low cost, so all extra services are at cost, but the rules are clear, so easy to respect (ie luggage limitations)
