Birthday Gift - Fail!

Failed to deliver flowers despite the order being placed weeks in advance. Days of enquiries later still no action just empty promises of looking into the situation. No sense of urgency. Request to cancel and refund went ignored. Tried blaming me because the recipient didn’t answer the phone. I will never use this company again. Horrible.

BEWARE, SCAM!

At best this company is woefully incompetent and at worst they are an illegal operation. I strongly suspect it's the latter. I ordered over £100 worth of flowers and fruit to be delivered to my girlfriend in China. Regretfully, I didn't research the legitimacy of this website beforehand and ordered quite hastily to ensure the 'same day delivery' falsely advertise on their website. It's now been well over 24 hours and I haven't even received an acknowledgement email. No confirmation email, no explanation why the same day delivery guarantee hasn't been met, and no reply to my numerous emails. It's safe to say no flowers will be sent and I've most likely fallen prey to an online scam. Having researched the company more thoroughly since, it's apparent that they are almost certainly a scam. They operate under 'worldfloristassociation.com' and seem to be based in Dubai. Don't be duped by their fake reviews on their website. And don't be fooled by the paid reviews from the review selling website 'shoppersapproved.com'. Fortunately I'm willing to take whatever measures to see these chancers get their comeuppance and will use my contact in the Dubai police department to help with this if I don't receive my money back asap. Avoid this unscrupulous company like the plague.

Money grabbing scammer

Well, where do I start? After spending hours online searching for a suitable florist in China, and encouraged by the reviews published on their website, I decided to give them a try and ordered:- half dozen pink roses bouquet with red vase and pink ribbon (£45)- a heart shaped birthday cake with fine 3 pink roses icing decoration and writing (£70) - and a big red love heart balloon (£23) to a close family member as a surprise for her 50th birthday last week, who is currently working in China, on behalf of her children in UK.Their website only shows the pictures of the products without descriptions or measurements, so I could only rely on the visual impression given by those images, and I am reasonable enough to accept that the flowers might not be 100% identical to the pictures, but not too far off.The delivery arrived on time. I was so angry and distressed after she told me what she just received. It completely ruined the special occasion, not to mention the total cost was £145 including p&p. All 3 items were substituted with some cheap and ugly replacements, which I now understand why the site has no product details, so that they can swap to anything they have got left in their backyard. The flower box was dirty, covered in mud, as if it had fallen into the pond. The pink roses themselves were fine, but the rest of the bunch looked like they were picked from side of a foot path. The vase was in a dull dark brown colour with scratches on it, instead of a rich red as shown on their website. The pink ribbon was swapped to dark silver. They looked so ugly together, definitely not worth £70.The cake is just another story. The 3 pink roses icing decorations with writing were replaced by some fresh oranges, with a couple of grapes and some other plastic bits in the middle. The balloon didn’t turn up and was replaced by a small box of 8 Ferrero Rocher which is about £5 in the shop here. Is it worth £23 I paid for the balloon? And who gave them the permission to substitute balloon with chocolate without asking? There was no communication whatsoever. To top it all up, the greeting card that came with the flowers is for funeral, with the words “... In Loving Memory...” printed on the front of the card. To this point, I genuinely lost for words and my blood was boiling. What a bunch of morons. In Chinese culture, it is a total insult to send anything that is related to death for birthday or Chinese New Year. They should know that. Will they send a coffin to replace birthday cake next time? It is not an exaggeration, based on the level of intelligence they posses. After I raised the complaints with them, their reply was that the substituted items are within their policy, and no apology for sending the disturbing funeral card for birthday. What a money grabbing scammer. So if you don’t want your loved ones to receive anything offensive, inappropriate, stay away from these scumbags.

Do not order flowers from flowersdeliverychina.com !! SCAM

Do not order flowers from flowersdeliverychina.com, it is a scam! The flowers you'll order and the flowers to be received will be very different. The quality will be very bad too! Very ugly bouquets. It is important to know that they are allowed to replace some flowers with others if the ordered flowers are not available. Needless to tell you that they can do whatever they want under that condition.I was ashamed that I sent these flowers to my fiancee. Unfortunately, I cannot upload pictures to show that I am not exaggerating. I just want to make sure that nobody else gets scammed: It is not worth the money at all!

Random flowers delivered!

Random flowers delivered!Hi all, I am not new to online flower orders, usually I use Interflora. On my 10th Anniversary I ordered flowers to China via flowersdeliverychina.com and was surprised with a shocking disappointment. The flowers delivered were randomly chosen and neither the colors or the flowers it self where as purchased online. I understand that Flowers are a delicate thing and hard to keep in stock at all times, therefore I understand that flower shops have a terms & conditions around flower substitute in place.I do draw the line if on an important delivery as this is treated as follows:I ordered a Bunch Of 6 Red Roses And Seasonal White Flowers and the delivery received has near nothing thats white! The lovely white flowers have been replaced with grass like looking replacement which changed not just the flowers, but the whole design!I was very disappointed and even with an email in time they did not offer a replacement and or a refund! Customer service let the customer unsatisfied!I do not recommend this flower shop to anyone.
