Worst customer services I ever seen

Worst customer services I ever seen. I ordered 3 desk black Friday last year, the items were separately delivered and the last item was received more than 3 weeks from my date of purchase. Worst of all, the last item delivered which is a rubberwood desktop has a deep crack on the top and therefore I requested for replacement. Since mid December to now, FlexiSpot kept on telling me that they have no stock while they are still selling the table!!! They claimed that they have no schedule to restock the item, but in fact they don't have plan to give me a replacement item!!! Shame on FlexiSpot who only care about selling more items but totally ignoring after sales services.

My desk would not go up

My desk would not go up, only down. They provided me a fix within 30 seconds, and everything is working great now! I bought this desk in 2021 and it is still going strong. Amazing customer service.

Great Customer Support

Honestly this has been one of the smoothest customer support experiences I've ever had. I Purchased a desk from them. There was a small issue that came up a few months later. I reached out to customer support through their online chat feature. There was admittedly a long wait (about 2 hours) but I believe they have a "call-back" feature if you use their phone support instead. That said, my issue was resolved within 5 minutes of chatting with Kheay. They determined I was eligible for a replacement desktop after seeing a couple photos and I believe they will be sending me a new desktop this week.I'm obviously not thrilled about needing customer support to begin with, but the experience helped assuage any concerns i had.

I found some cracks in my desktop…

I found some cracks in my desktop table. It took only 2 minutes to get assistance and 3 minutes to find a solution and send me a replacement tabletop.5 stars for the service for sure! Best desk I’ve ever used and the best customer service I’ve seen in years.

Sent me a whole new rack! Wow!

I have purchased well over 30 FlexiSpot Products in my lifetime, and recently we had an overhead garage rack (Fleximounts GR36B) collapse. Turns out it was due to bad lag bolt bite into the joist. Surprisingly, it held for 2 years before giving-out. During the collapse, because the rack was fully loaded, the metal brackets suffered immense bending. I used a mallet to try to bend them back, but it just felt really unsafe. I asked support for some replacement brackets. They said they don’t offer them. I was upset, but then they shocked me and told me they would send me a whole new rack instead. I’m very happy with the support I received. Thank you Romica!

I had an issue that needed resolving so I spoke to an agent online by the name of Mc Wezer. Mc Wezer instantly resolved my issue and left me very satisfied. I hope they get a bonus/pay raise because they truly deserve it!

Refund for a code that didn't work

Before purchasing a bed frame I signed up for email alerts. In doing so I received a code to get $30 off my order. The code worked then was not on final purchase. I immediately got in to chat with customer service. I was informed and sent a screen shot that that code only worked with purchase of $500 or more. I didnt not receive that info with the code. so I sent screen shots as proof. Happy to report that they agreed that was wrong. My order went through and they refunded me $30. So grateful and ready for my bed frame to arrive.
