Review:I had a great experience at Firehouse Subs. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and professional. My order was prepared quickly and everything was fresh and delicious. The sandwich was warm, full of flavor, and made exactly as requested. The restaurant was clean and well organized, which made the visit even more enjoyable. I will definitely come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tasty and satisfying meal.

The food is good....NOT so much the customer service AND...WEBSITE !!!!!!!!!!!!! 😖😤😫Trying to fill out the survey is.......ABSOLUTELY.....HORRIFIC....& A COMPLETE...WASTE ...OF...TIME !!!!You CANNOT EVEN....GET THROUGH TO ANYONE AT...THIS COMPANY !!!!!They want you to list your location, but you have to scroll through OVER... 100 LOCATIONS....& CAN'T EVEN FIND YOURS !!!!!WILL....DEFINITELY....NOT....BE GOING BACK!!! New restaurant firehouse subs opened in shelburne . I had the worst subs there ever. I had no toppings that I asked for , no pickle on the side that I requested and there was barely any sauce at all on the sub. I won't eat there again and I do NOT recommend it. I have tried getting in touch with the restaurant but noone call you back. I have eaten at other firehouse locations and they were good but this location not so much.

I will never support this place again
I will never support this place again. My son, along with another co-worker, who has never received a complaint once since he’s worked there was fired after complaining to the manager Jasmine about another team lead and how they were being treated by this team lead. Instead of listening and getting all sides of the story or giving a written warning of any sorts they were both fired for voicing their concerns. Apparently they like to take sides instead of doing any investigation or listening to their staff. Corporate will be hearing about this along with any legal repercussions that can be taken. Firing two people based on a he said she said situation is absolutely unacceptable, especially since they seemed to be short staffed already and cannot get a sandwich made in a decent time for the life of them.

Had a great experience at the Firehouse Subs Friday 1/16/26 Sargent Rd, Sioux Cit Iowa. The 2 guys working were fun & friendly. Best sub & fries ever.

The subs are usually fine. But I don’t usually try them all. I stick with what I know to be good and hard to screw up with consistency. …the pickles have gotten worse over the years. I no longer get them because they’ve been consistently soggy or mashed in some way. As far as service.. service is sub-par. That is, it’s lacking. Friendly yes, but it shouldn’t take 40 minutes to get your order. The problem is that they never called my name when it was finished. It sat on a shelf, (not the normal location), and other people started coming in and leaving before me. ..while I patiently waited for my order to be finished. It’s become typical for slow and improperly managed people don’t seem to have solid routines for their duties. Very disappointing to the trend since they first appeared years ago..

Firehouse subs went south some
I love Firehouse subs the hook and ladder my favorite since they quite toasting the bread they aren't as good. You ruined the flavor of the good sandwich. Don't get me wrong subs are good but lost something without the toast on the bread, have only one question why did you ruin a good thing to keep you higher marks. Taking short cuts doesn't keep your customers happy.

Horrible experience ordering on Sheila lane in Richmond, Va. ordered a pastrami, asked them not to drain it as a pastrami is not made to be a dry sandwich. I was told I could get the sandwich today, but never again, and if I want it wet, I should pour water on it. Seriously, by the manager DJ. I have never experience such rude behavior, on top of, I never got the sandwich after he and I going back and forth about how the sandwich should be made regardless of me being the customer. Unreal. Never Ever again! Fire the manager, he cannot manage anything and his behavior is unacceptable.

Firehouse has a terrible lack of consistency. I bought the French dip that they just brought back and the one I had a couple of weeks ago was pretty good. I was annoyed they had started putting garlic butter on it which I really didn't want but now I know. I reordered it yesterday and it was the toughest sandwich I've ever tried to eat. The bread was good and fresh , the cheese was good the au juice was wonderful but the meat was unchewable - it looked good but it just was extremely tough. I have to give the workers credit because I had to call to tell them I did not want my sandwich heated. I was using the app on GrubHub and there was not if you order it on the firehouse app but if you order from Firehouse those choices are there. one other complaint is they need to describe their sandwiches consistently I had had the French dip several times but this time they started putting garlic butter on the sandwich which I really don't care for and there's no way on the GrubHub app to tell them if you don't want the sandwich heated or if you don't want the garlic butter. I'd rather wait and he eat my sandwich when I'm ready to eat it rather than date heating it and then it getting cold.

This franchise is a SCAM
This franchise is a SCAM! Specifically the Okeechobee Blvd, West Palm Beach location. They do NOT pay employees for their actual hours as there is no paystub given to keep track of this and they don't even take taxes out and simple math proves they are not paying for actual hours worked! They write checks that BOUNCE and cannot be cashed out of PERSONAL accounts! You are not allowed to contact the manager, they have no HR department or accounting department for these issues! They terminate people for not showing up to a shift they were NOT EVEN SCHEDULED TO WORK! Do not support this FRAUDULENT company!

Tried to get Cranberry Sauce on my Thanksgiving Sub...
Tried the Thanksgiving sub. There was seriously the thinnest spread of cranberry sauce on the top of the bun, the only way i knew it was there was there was a pinkish hue.I asked if i could get the correct amount of cranberry sauce on my sandwich, and pointed to the poster behind the till that showed it as a substantial layer in the sandwich. Yes no problem...except they charged me $3 more lol. All i wanted was there to be the correct amount not extra not easy just what was presented in the poster.Typical of this location, $20 for a sub, they are making a killing food cost wise. It's scary how much power the front line staff have, i will never return and i was good for at least one sandwich a week from them. The person at the till could care less that i won't be back, but surely the owner might?Who knows, it won't take long for them to close if they keep up these shady skimpy practices.

Firehouse Sub's Quality
Firehouse Sub's quality has gone down, unfortunately they changed their meat options & the steak & cheese has changed to where it taste horrible. I usually this & enjoy it but not anymore. The sandwich meat was tough, had too much fat content & lacked seasoning. I reached out & ask for a refund since I spent over $22 there but I have gotten nothing but ignored. Will think twice when I'm in the mood for a good quality sub.

Terrible quality
Went with us and our 3 year old. Asked for simple menu items, with a small kids sandwich without pickles. They didn't even try to make her sandwich edible, and it was wrong. They used to at least give good tasting ingredients without being stingy. My go-to was always the brisket sandwich. This time, TINY amount of meat and cheese, lots of mayo and soggy bread. I guess that's what we come to expect when I decent company gets bought our for greed.

Ordered 2 subs online. When I showed up for the order I had to wait because the store never got the order. I waited and took my food home. When I opened them up neither had a pickle. No cheddar on my beef brisket. Never ordering from firewhores.

Not as good as it was and more expensive
Visit was 5/29/2025; $40.00 total after tax and a charge called "food" of 3%; I paid cash. This was the Alpine restaurant in Grand Rapids MI. They forgot the dressing on one of the salads. I resent a 3% charge of whatever. The food is good, but the ham is not as good as it used to be. I tried their survey site; it was not working. I will think twice before going there again.
