I purchased a Mitchell & ness NBA jersey. It was meant to be an authentic version of the jersey (as close to what the players wear on the court.) but I received a swingman version (basically a cheaper replica). The website did offer both jerseys swingman and authentic in the style I ordered and i definitely ordered the authentic one priced higher and the pictures matched what you would expect to receive but unfortunately still received the incorrect one. I spoke to customer service thinking it was a mistake and they were helpful and friendly and assured me it wouldn’t happen again and must have been a mistake. So was asked if I wanted to order again and return the item I received but they would honour the price I paid previously. Only trouble is I would have to pay again and wait for the refund. I went ahead and ordered and to be fair the postage was quick on the replacement and same thing happened I received the cheaper replica version again! I have had to return the item again and obviously haven’t re ordered but was advised not to whilst they look into the situation. It seems the inventory on the website for NBA jerseys is incorrect. Some descriptions don’t match the pictures and vice versa. If you are into basketball jerseys I would maybe refrain from ordering from here seems to be a mix up with the 3rd party supplier and advertising the correct products. I imagine Farfetch are okay with other products and the team were quick to help but I ended up being around £300 down briefly to not even get the right item in the end.

I’m really disappointed. First of all I get returned of the goods for the 3000€ amount because of cancellation or because of UPS. 1. You asked me to pay taxes for 400€ glasses, where all taxes were included already!!!!2. 1 item was cancelled because out of stock, wtf? Why it’s on website than? 3. UPS asked me to provide documents to finish some tax paper (for a ring) , I don’t have time for that so I asked to send me other goods(2 sports bra and snickers)as soon as possible because I paid for extra fast delivery and send back to sender that good that I need to give the documents. They send all my goods back. I’m gold member of far fetch and I’m really disappointed. 3000€ which I wanted to spend I get back. I ordered size 52 but size 50 was delivered.This is not the first time.One month ago I ordered zanone T shirt size 52, color white.But delivered size 48 , color beige .Since I have no time I didn’t return and throw it in the dust bin.
Account closed for using the “free returns” they advertiseI’ve been a profitable and active customer of FARFETCH.Out of nowhere, I received an email saying my account had been permanently closed due to a “high return rate.” They claim they contacted me twice before — I never received any such warning. I asked for documentation twice but they could not provide it. No transparency. FARFETCH heavily promotes free returns. Nowhere during checkout or in their policy is there any clearly stated limit or percentage threshold.Several of my returns were due to their own mistakes — wrong items sent, poor condition, or products not as described. There is apparently no distinction made between legitimate complaints and standard size/fit returns. Everything seems to be lumped into an algorithm and the customer service is random and robotic.Closing loyal customers’ accounts without documented warnings, without transparent policy thresholds, and without separating faulty-item returns from discretionary returns feels arbitrary and unprofessional.
They use UPS or FedEx, both of which are a nightmare, instead of DHL. UPS is the worst. No way to know when they‘ll deliver. Their website says “Error, start again” ALWAYS! They say you’re not there when you are. Sometimes with FedEx after the first failed attempt, they’ll give you an option to choose times. A waste of my time and theirs. I prefer buying from companies that use DHL.

The Valentino shoes I got were clearly a return and they were not in brand new condition. I don’t mind buying pre-owned but not buying pre-loved labelled as brand new. Very disappointing. I can’t return because the customs from to my country are 50% and I will not get a refund for them.
