I can’t buy a USA hockey jersey on the…

I can’t buy a USA hockey jersey on the official website. So I bought mine on DH and it came in 4 days after shipping confirmation. I don’t want to hate but you have to imagine Fanatics missing out on millions on Jack Hughes and USA hockey jerseys. I ended up buying three jerseys because I love American hockey so much. J. Hughes, Keller, and Matthews. Came out to $130 for all three.

Delays and lies, don't trust them

Completed a pre-order, informed shortly before it was due to be shipped that it was delayed. Contacted them on the new shipping date and was assured it was being sent. Two days later sent another email to say it's further delayed. Contacted them again, no real explanation or apology offered so I asked for complaints procedure and was given a closed inbox email address. Astonishing lack of integrity at every step.UPDATE: I was sent an email by someone from the company completely ignoring my issues. I asked questions around the problems I had encountered and they were ignored. I even sent the transcripts of the Chat conversations which they didn't bother reading. This means one of two things, either the complaints department is inundated and they don't have the time to take this seriously, or it's just in the business culture to not give a damn about the customer. Either way, you're taking your chances with these people. They refunded some of my order costs (grateful for this but I had to cycle through 5 different people before that happened) and sent me a discount code which doesn't work. Atrocious.

Sized wrong

Can’t really try on what I want to wear online so you go with the ratings. Ordered a vest that was on sale, one size too small. Tried to exchange for one size up but denied because vest was on sale. Myself and my friends have bought a lot of product from this outfit but no more. I am spreading the word about their poor customer service so all my friends and family will know their customer service SUCKS!

FRAUD

By all means AVOID doing business with this big time FRAUD Company. Forging false documents claiming they delivered your package. Customer Service is a disgrace and unprofessional. Nothing but SCUMS and think they can get away with SCAMMING people. Filing a report with BBB.You brought this on yourself and will stop at Nothing to close you down.BEWARE OF THIS SCAMMING ESTABLISHMENT!!!!

Should have been great. Some of their shirts are flimsy and the material is cheap. On the other had their shirts that are champion quality and brand are awesome

Waiting forever

I ordered a hoodie for my son back BEFORE Christmas. It’s the end of February and I’m STILL waiting on it. One “person” told me via their online chat that it would ship in the middle of January. If it ever gets here, my son won’t even fit in it. The item currently says it’s ready to ship through its item page on the website. How can they have this posted for other consumers when I or someone else have been waiting for over 2 months for it to get here?

Zero service or support…

Order delivered by a random company late at night. I get the package and it was opened before with the product gone despite being left inside a gate. Clearly delivered that way. Fanatics refused any assistance because the courier had proof of delivery. Courier said I had to call fanatics. Ended up having to have my cc company return my money. Horrible service and bad delivery options. It got worse. After 3 people told me it was an issue with the shipper, as soon as I post a bad review they emailed me saying they would correct the issue. Apparently they will only provide service once they are convinced you will not just go away quietly.

Original order was placed on 01.11.2026

Original order was placed on 01.11.2026. An origin scan was done on the package and then nothing else. No response from Fanatics. I called and no one could give a concrete answer. A replacement order was done on 02.02.2026 minus one item ( out of stock because of the delay ). The same scenario. I called and no one could give me a answer. This time I was promised a return call/email with-in 1-5 hours. I never received that call/email. I reached out yet again and a CS Rep named Bill assisted in pushing through a credit and offered a discount for my troubles. I understand shipping issues/supply issues but I don't understand a lack of clarity and blatant lack of communication. This was one horrible experience.

Ordered a crystal hockey puck for a gift. The packaging that it was shipped in was perfectly fine, however, whoever packaged the box with the puck inside at the warehouse, looks like they played hockey with the box ahead of time.Reached out to fanatics via the phone number provided and of course it was offshore where the gentleman did not speak English as a first language, nor did he understand what I needed. Instead, he chose to transfer me to the fraud department, where I had to explain the entire story again, and she was no help and transferred me. At this point, there’s no good resolution, because the amount of time they take to respond or help you is going to be too long for my situation. I needed this for a gift in a week. I ordered in plenty of time, but I had no idea that the warehouse we chose to ship something damaged. It’s too bad. They have a monopoly because they’re terrible at helping you or providing any kind of customer service. Their answer is just return it.
