I had several components in my order
I had several components in my order. A part of that ordered was the Matrix In-Line Screw-type Battery Fuse Holder (Female Small Tamiya to Male Small Tamiya) It was only wires connected to male and female Tamiya connectors. I requested an RMA for it and an airsoft gun that did work. I used the website to request the RMA, no response, I sent an Email to customer service, no response. I finally had to call them in person to get an RMA. However I never received an RMA fir the fuse holder only for the airsoft gun. You get one star for customer service.

Even a single employee's attitude can distort the trust of most loyal of customers
This is specifically related to the Houston branch, even though the company itself isn't the problem in any cases specifically through the eyes of an enthusiast. However, when that enthusiast is dealt with a senior employee of the store whose behavior is so unprofessional that it completely contradicts months' worth of business and relationship build up all because they will treat that enthusiast who makes minor mistakes a crime. So instead of approaching with proper understandings of that enthusiast's intentions, a full enforcement is conducted. This in particular eradicates the trust of the overall store's image not because of the brand but because of the people who are running it. This is what an epidemy of what too big to fail looks like.

The variety of products are good. A huge improvement would be the time to package orders. Seems like every time I order from evike, it takes 5+ days for the order to get a shipping label. I’ve received parts from Hong Kong faster than that.
