Sus reviewing system
Sus reviewing system. I made a 3-star review of a product because it did what it was supposed to, but was lacking certain features advertised as present. I received a confirmation email that a support staff member had responded to my review. When I went to look at the product listing, only 5-star reviews appeared and not mine.

Ergotron Netherlands - Great customer service.
I would like to express how happy I am with the customer service of Ergotron Netherlands team. I was missing an Allen key and some screws and just asked to provide what type of it is so I can buy it online, instead they shipped one to me for free! They provided instructions and I just received the Allen key by mail. Thank you for this!

HX Desk Monitor Arm with HD Pivot (49" Monitor)
I ordered the HX Desk Monitor Arm with HD Pivot for my samsung ultrawide neo G9 (57) monitor, after trying cheaper monitor arms from other companies this is the only monitor arm I have found that is strong enough to actually hold perfectly in place my ultrawide monitor without it slowly moving out of place or drooping down over time - thanks!

Hidden EXTRA costs to install
Hidden EXTRA costs to install. SHAME on Ergotron marketing.I've bought an Ergotron Trace single monitor stand for £251.The grommet mount is an additional £24 via Amazon - not available in white so looks ugly and incongruous.BEWARE - check what you buy contains all the pieces you need before paying even more for an already very expensive device.Ergotron - simply warn people that the grommet kit is a paid extra - your web site obfuscates this fact. It is difficult to work out from your words that it is not included.

I am a US citizen trying to order a…
I am a US citizen trying to order a small part for my monitor arm while stationed in Europe. First, I try to order via a bank wire as their PayPal set up didn't allow international payments. So the company quoted me 150 USD for shipping a 2LBS, 50 USD monitor mount part. I declined because that's out of the budget and common sense. Next, I tried to order it to my cousin's address in the states, so he can ship it to me for a mere 24 USD via USPS. I've paid with my card (EU issued) and had it mark to ship to a Chicago suburb. Again, they declined because the card isn't "US issued." In the age of globalization, it's so stupid to limit your company to a US-only market. Because that's what they're doing by charging ungodly shipping amounts. It's also ridiculous the sell an expensive monitor mount built for "ultra-wide" screens and be forced to buy additional hardware so the mount actually supports your screen. The only good thing I can say is the staff is helpful and very responsive, but their policies are archaic.
