spent $150 on the facecam, and when it started crashing constantly during stream i upgraded to the facecam pro 4k bullshit for $200. At this point i've spent almost $400 on webcams and still do not have a functional one. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. yes, i've reached out to elgato to no response whatsoever.

I have only good things to say about Elgato. I really like most of their products (I own several steam decks, as well as some other products from them) and the contact, when support is needed, is friendly and competent. Special thanks to Jason and Bruce for the one time I had issues with a purchase! Would buy here again without hesitation!

Even during the unboxing, I knew I was getting something much bigger than just a microphone. To me, Elgato always sounded like 'high-end and luxury,' but in reality, it's also about top-tier quality — a true gold standard for any streamer.

Placed and order but it was never delivered because they didn’t fill out shipping paperwork correctly. Messaged them about it and they said they needed to wait for the product to return back to them. Then told I’d be getting a refund but I’ve had to chase several times and still not received it. They just keep saying it’s being processed.

I purchased a profile for Streamdeck from one of their developers SideshowFX. It was for recording software Nuendo. It was creating major issues with the software so I contacted the developer. They got back with me with suggestions that didn't work. I reached out again and ZERO communication resulted from the developer. extremely crappy experience using the stream deck mini, for 60$ this crap has an update every single time I start up my pc which takes forever. While it updates every time you start the pc, it doesn't work at all and you have to wait. 0/10 will be selling this on ebay and taking a loss.
