I recently had an experience with Efavormart that I feel other customers should be aware of.The website advertises “Free Returns,” but I learned that free returns apply only if you accept store credit. If you request a refund, you are responsible for return shipping costs. In my case, returning large backdrop stands and event equipment would have cost over $160 in shipping.Since the company is located in City of Industry, I asked whether I could drop off the items in person to avoid high shipping fees. I was informed that they are unable to accept in-person returns at their warehouse, even though returns must still be shipped to that location.For customers purchasing large or heavy items, this is an important detail to understand before ordering. I believe the return policy should be made clearer so buyers can make fully informed decisions.I hope this feedback helps improve transparency for future customers.

I LOVE the plates I ordered. They were sold as disposable, but I washed them and will use them again! Very easy to place an order with Efavormart and my order was received quickly. I will definitely come back.
The water goblets looked beautiful on my Thanksgiving table. Even my grandson who's 10 said grandma your glasses are so fancy!I'm going to use them again for Christmas.
Beautiful jars and shipping was fast
Efavormart did not honor their own return policy. Their policy via Amazon states "Our Hassle-Free Returns Promise... If return shipping costs exceed $30, please contact the Seller for an alternate resolution." We attempted several times to get help with an alternate resolution due to high return shipping costs. They kept sending us the same shipping label and no further help bringing the cost down. I wasted a lot of time going back and forth to print labels and to wait in line at the post office. Now, I only buy items shipped by Amazon so I know the return policy will be straightforward.
I appreciate your quick service and I love the sales that you have otherwise things are a little too expensive for me. But I do love the fast turnaround time.

Item as Described, Really Good Price and Fast Shipping
It was priced right, it shipped fast and it is exactly what I was looking for.
I placed my order on August 7th and they informed me that my order would be delivered by the 13th. My function was on the 16th which was great! The 16th came and went and I never received my product. I sent emails and no one ever responded. The day I finally received a response is when they shipped a partial of my order, but my event had already passed. I started a return and they were charging me to return the product. I explained to them that I wasn't notified that the product was out of stock and it wasn't my error so I shouldn't have to pay to return what I no longer needed. Again, my complaint fell on deaf ears. Not happy with this company at all.
Delivery was fast but thats not it, the drapes are beautiful! Very worth the price!

WEDDING IN 3 DAYS!! ORDERED ITEM POOR QUALITY. I'm writing this review with deep disappointment as my wedding is in just 3 days. My experience with Efavormart has been inconsistent, highlighting both excellent and poor customer service within the same order.The Good:When my initial order faced delivery delays, I contacted customer service via chat and spoke with Callie. She was exceptional - friendly, understanding, and immediately worked to find a comparable solution. Callie's professionalism and problem-solving approach were exactly what I needed during a stressful time.The Concerning:Unfortunately, when the product arrived (Curly Chair Sash), it didn't match the advertised photos at all. It was POOR QUALITY, DOESN'T WRAP AROUND A CHAIR, and HAS FRAYED EDGES. When I contacted customer service again via chat, I spoke with Samira about this significant discrepancy. The interaction was disappointing - her tone was unprofessional and dismissive, lacking the empathy one would expect when a customer receives an incorrect product so close to their wedding. Rather than acknowledging the company's error, she suggested I purchase an additional product to resolve their mistake.
