Customer service was great. Walked in and Elighsha was right on the spot. Took me and my friend to the simulator spent half thr day seeing what clubs were best for us. We both bought srixons irons and I bought Mizuno fairway woods.
Excellent customer service! Best ever, and way better than the PGA Superstore in Delray Beach. This Edwin Watts store is in Boca Raton on Lyons Road, and Freddie Magnum (store manager) was so honest, knowledgeable and kind. Also, Tom at the same store was very helpful in finding me the right club for me. I truly recommend this store for any golf needs you might have. Sincerely, Carlos
Update - Customer Service mgr Drew finally honored the satisfied customer guarantee. It took a while and with delayed communication but they did honor. final product very satisfactory. parent company of Edwin Watts, Worldwide golf, does not honor their 90 day guarantee. They shipped the wrong product (set of Wilson clubs plus bag) and acted like they were responding by having an assistant 'customer service' mgr Drew email me once a week (if I begged for an answer) to say we are working on it, then say Wilson is being unresponsive. no ability to call and talk directly, just non responsive. if I had known how they were not customer responsive, i would have ordered from Amazon, probably gotten what i wanted for $150 less. buyer beware!
