AVOID: Took months to get return authorisation, they wanted to deduct card fees and an exessive £30 return shipping fee for a small box of brackets. After I pointed out it was illegal in the UK to deduct card fees and overcharge shipping the sent me a free label. The unopened goods were retuned month ago but they won't refund the money to my card. AVOID
Case/Ticket: CAS-20260214-1595640This is honestly one of the worst and most unpleasant customer service experiences I have ever had.I bought the EcoFlow 400W Lightweight Portable Solar Panel, and it arrived without any case at all — just in a cardboard box. I genuinely do not understand how I am supposed to transport it or even use it safely without damaging it. It is called “portable”, but there is no proper protection included.On the same day I received it, I requested a return. Literally the same day. I wrote to support immediately.They told me I must pay 130 EUR for return shipping. This is absurd. If delivery is advertised as free and the product does not suit me, why am I required to pay 130 EUR just to return it?I asked them to show me exactly where in their return policy it states that I agreed to such a charge. Not just that the fee exists, but where I agreed to it. I also asked them to provide the return address, because I still do not even know where I am supposed to send the product.They promised to look into the issue and reply within 3–5 days. No one replied. I am being completely ignored.Right now, I have a product I want to return, no return address, no clear explanation, and a demand to pay 130 EUR.This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable service from a company operating in the European Union.I am stuck with a product I do not want that cost me 650 EUR, and I cannot even properly open a bank dispute until I return it — yet they refuse to provide a return address unless I agree to pay 130 EUR.By withholding the return address and ignoring my requests, they are effectively blocking the return process, which feels like deceptive and potentially fraudulent behavior toward customers.One star.
After contact with EcoFlow customer service, they sorted my issue immediately and were so quick to get the item in the post. First class service, well done.

Case/Ticket: CAS-20260109-1532615This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. EcoFlow's logistics and support are a complete disaster.1. Severe GDPR (DSGVO) Violation & Wrong Delivery: I originally ordered and paid for an EcoFlow DELTA Pro 3. Instead, they delivered a massive €1500 Delta Pro pallet meant for a completely different person, exposing the other customer's private data, address, and invoice details to me.2. Using my apartment as a free warehouse: This huge 40kg box has been blocking my private hallway for over 65 DAYS because EcoFlow is incapable of arranging a simple pickup. I did not consent to being their free storage facility.3. Lying Support & Broken Promises: The support agent ("Lip") explicitly promised me two Rapid Pro 27K power banks as compensation for this absolute nightmare. But when it was time to send them, he lied and said they were "out of stock" to force a cheaper item on me. I sent screenshots from EcoFlow’s own website proving the items ARE in stock right now.Since I caught them lying, support has completely IGNORED my last several emails. They refuse to honor their agreement and abandoned their massive pallet in my home.To EcoFlow Management: I expect a competent manager to review this case immediately. Honor your written promise (2x Rapid Pro 27K), send the tracking number, and finally remove this massive pallet from my apartment. Stop ignoring your customers and take responsibility for your mistakes.

Still waiting for my 2 orders.. I received a solar mc4 cable instead of a charger and the alternator charger cable just says order pending.. ordered the charger on the 12th of February and the cable on the 17th. This is not what I expect from ecoflow. I'm trying to build my ecosystem but this does not install much faith in th company which is a shame . Your products are brilliant, when you have them. Please someone sort this out..

Canceled before the item was shipped and they still shipped it TWICE to my house and havent refunded me while i am well within my legal rights (14 day refund period) as i have never even received rhe product and they should have not shipped it to me either way. Scammers that just try to deliver products you’ve already canceled (and received confirmation of receipt of cancellation for) 2x because they know you won’t return the 100kg package to Poland because of the high shipping costs and complicated logistics
This has enabled me to use small appliances in kitchen on my boat and use a small heater in bedroom and my electric blanket then charge it back up while moving the boat with engine running to charge it Looking forward to having some sunshine so I can charge it off solar panel during the day

Long delivery times with various delivery services.Extremely slow email support, usually several days waiting for a reply.Unclear webshop with the risk of accidentally ordering the wrong product version.Extremely poor returns service.No response for a month despite multiple inquiries.The returns service is a disaster, no response to inquiries.I had to deal with the parcel service myself, even though Ecoflow forgot to include the house number on the return shipment.Now I've been waiting for over a week for a response and my refund.I had hoped Ecoflow would have better support, but unfortunately, they completely let me down.
Case Reference: CAS-20260119-1548263. Well the above should tell you all you should need to know. I purchased a delta unit directly from Ecoflow and it failed during warranty. I first reported this on the 25th of November and to date dispute numerous emails and countless calls I am yet to receive any form redress. These products are good when they work but if you have any type of issue you are on your own. I have been constantly ignored, lied to and been given excuse after excuse. The latest one was that they were too busy to reply as they were experiencing increased sales in Europe. Good to know they prioritise new customers over long standing loyal ones. My last reply from them was on the 12th of February I have since called twice and emailed twice. Not what I would have expected or hoped for. If you are happy to be without a working unit for over 3 months with no resolution then carry on and buy. I for one will not be using them or recommending them again.

In December, I ordered the Wave 2 portable air conditioner and the window adapter. Months later, I still haven’t received anything.I’ve sent several emails asking about my order status and haven’t received a single reply. No updates, no explanation, no refund. Just silence.It’s very concerning that a company that presents itself as professional completely ignores customers after taking their money. This lack of communication makes you feel seriously misled.I expect either my order to be delivered immediately or a full refund. Until this is resolved, I would strongly advise people to think twice before buying from this company.
