Shocking pre flight service
Shocking pre flight service, I rang easyJet 2 to get re assurance of smooth boarding for an upcoming business trip to and from the UK. I’m effected by recent changes to electronic identification being a dual national travelling on foreign passport. First call told get ETA then was hung up on second call what do you want me to do cancel your flight. Lastly while im writing this review the operator has put me on hold with excusing themselves. Poor service hope I don’t have issues abroad

Fuss free handling of my request
Very helpful and understanding customer service agent Elizabeth. I have three medical equipment items which are within EasyJet approved sizes but wanted permission to carry the items together in a carry on case as it simply isn't practical to carry those three items plus by on board bag when I have mobility issues on top. Elizabeth happily added a free of charge carry on case to my booking. Much easier to sort than with some other low cost airlines! Thanks EasyJet
