I purchased the Deepcool AG200 cooler, and from the start, I faced problems during installation. The manual was unclear and didn’t show how to mount the cooler to the motherboard. The cooler I received didn’t match the images in the manual, with parts (specifically the ones used to attach the cooler) appear much shorter than shown in the manual. When I tried to install the cooler, cooler's parts that are there to attach it to the backplate were too short to reach it, and the manual doesn't show this specific part, it just jumps from the cooler not being attached to it being attached to the backplate.I attempted multiple installation methods, including bending the cooler to make it fit (the absolute last resort), and before that I'd try putting the backplate on the cooler instead, then it wouldn't reach the motherboard (trying to fix that by bending is futile), I tried to bend only the parts that attach the cooler instead of the entire cooler before bending the entire cooler. Unfortunately, I bent it too much and broke part of the cooler, one of the parts that attach it snapped from the heatsink. The cooler is still one piece, but the heatsink that holds the part opened up, certainly from the bending. I’m now concerned about the warranty and return process, as I didn't misread the manual, attempted to install it doing my best but it was intact when received and poorly designed.I’ve built many computers in the past, and this was by far the most difficult and poorly designed component I’ve ever dealt with. The cooler uses two heatpipes, which I’ve heard is inefficient, and instead of screws, it uses a mounting system that simply doesn’t work. I checked compatibility beforehand and even consulted the Linus Tech Tips forum, where they confirmed it should fit, but it didn’t.

Bought two tower coolers and a computer case already. The products I bought were very affordable and yet the quality is very good, so I would gladly buy over and over again. The only complaint I have is that their website is slow as hell. I work on IT so if you read this please hire me. Lol. But seriously fix it.

My DeepCool 750W powersupply died after 1 month of use. It had a 10 year warranty, so I tried to submit a warranty repair ticket. That in itself was hard, as it is not easy to find. After waiting for 2 months, a replacement finally arrived. It was clearly used and ripped out of an old system, bends and straps all still on. The power supply was scratched, and some of the connectors were damaged. I have now tried for 3 months to get it replaced with a working power supply, and my requests are just closed as "resolved" after 6 days with no response. Bottom line: There is no warranty on DeepCool products. Dont buy it

I had the same experience as Chris McCarthy. My DeepCool fans stopped working (this is not the first time), and they are trying to blame my motherboard for their lights being faulty. These lights were fine for months and were bad for even longer than that. They refuse to help you at all with the siutation and tell you to talk to another company. It's a pain in the butt to get any help in the first place, as they expect a video and take ages to respond. Do not expect this company to help or give a crud about your problems when their products have defects.

I was building a desktop computer using an ASUS TUF Gaming B650-PLUS Wifi motherboard and a Deepcool AG620BK ARGB CPU cooler and I was concerned that I may buy the products and be incompatible. The cooler is pretty big and the ram modules that are taller than 43mm won't fit under the heatsink. Also noticed in the photos off the motherboard that it has some tall heatsinks (for the voltage regulator modules) near the CPU socket. If the VRM Heatsink is taller than 43mm it would be impossible to install the CPU cooler above it. I didn't find any information about VRM Heatsink height in the Asus support website, and I also needed a serial number of the product (which I hadn't bought yet) in order to contact ASUS. So I contacted DeepCool, told them the problem and answered my question on the next reply. Their support was fast, understood exactly what my concern was.

Very high quality CPU coolers. I recently completed a build and the quality of the CPU cooler is undoubtedly the best I've seen in all my years of building PCs.

Terrible Customer Support / Bad Warranty Policies. Bought Gammaxx l240 ARGB AIO Cooler in May 2022 from a vendor. One of the fans has Failed and makes a terrible noise and has been for months. Still Under warranty, yet they are refusing to send me 2 Replacement fans, when I could ask for a whole new cooler (Which I'll be requesting now) Customer Support Takes Days To Respond, Provided them with a video to prove my situation. And Still refuse to replace both fans. Just really f annoying. Customer Support worker in my email Complaining of being busy and having to work overtime, yet they just had the weekend off? "we would like to provide our valued customers with advance notice that we will be observing the national Day Festival Holiday from Sep. 29th to Oct. 6th. ----Hi XXXXyeah, i see your reply, sorry, too busy, so i came to work overtime.I am sorry according to our policy, currently we can only send you 1pcs fan for replacement, hope you can understand, but if you need, i have been here"Im am happy to continue trying to resolve issue Deepcool but I will not be quite.

Bought an Deepcool AIO and after a month started to have Issues so I contacted support for a possible RMA but they said my warranty is invalid as I bought from a Non-authorized vendor. Their own websites warranty page (Not allowed to link it) fails to mention anything about they don't honor warranty claims from items bought off other sites but the customer support email sends me a link with a highlighted area with some newly added exclusions. Everywhere I looked for weeks was sold out so I choose to go third party (Ebay) as I read great things about this product and company, so I wanted to give Deepcool a chance. Extremely shady business practice to turn away a new customer and leave them high and dry with a faulty product... This company lacks all integrity. Just blown away by the pure deceit of a company that makes enthusiast products for such a great hobby and community, I've been building PC's for over 20 years and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a manufacturer. I'll never recommend Deepcool and or would even go as far as to even discourage anyone from making a purchase from this company.
