Offered one price charge another
They sent me an email with the offer of two pairs of crocs for£60..free postage, (I still have it) tried to buy at this price but they conned me, quite bad really. Put two pairs in basket at £30.00 each which it stated was correct. Went to complete and pay. On checking price I seen that the two pairs had now increased in price to original price of £49.99 each.Good job I checked before paying these SCAMERS. Talked on line to an " agent" and they said the one I chosen, the colours were not reduced.THEY ACCEPTED THEM IN THE CART AT £30. EACH THE CHANGE ON NEXT SCREEN TO £49. 99 It's called lies and deceipt, sharp practice.BEWARE OF SCAMMERS,CROCS.COM are an example.You have been warned.

Love crocs and they do good deals and free shipping, however when it comes to returns, although they are free which is a rarity, they only give you Royal Mail print yourself. I had to run around town to get a label printed at a cost, I’ve never come across any company that doesn’t offer choices depending on the customers accessibility. I emailed about it and never received a response, which is off putting. I wouldn’t order off the direct website again for these reasons.

Absolutely shocking lack of customer service for such a huge company.I ordered 2 items from them 1 of the items was cancelled ( no email, no warning nothing) I emailed asking why it was cancelled and if it would be sent Separate and got no reply, After 3 more email trying to get a refund for the item they cancelled I’m still yet to get a reply or a refund from crocs. I’ve opened a pay pal case and they have responded with a tracking code. Which has no explanation, so PayPal will presume they sent the whole order. The customers service is absolutely shocking, Customers shouldn’t have to send multiple emails asking for a refund for items that this company cancelled.

I ordered clog on-line and made payment, the following day, I get an email that the order has been cancelled, no reasons given, no more information about refund. I check on-line the item still there! Contact customer service, AI has general answers and unable to answer specific order! In addition, after 3 days, the item still available in most sizes, so many people will be ordering and making payments, to learn the following day that it is cancelled, then they keep your money until it refunded!!! Disappointed!

Disappointing customer experience. I was sent the wrong item and still had to pay for both the delivery and the return shipping, even though the mistake was not mine.Being left out of pocket because of a company error is extremely frustrating. I would expect much better customer service and responsibility from a brand like Crocs.I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

Absolutely horrible experience. Crocs acted as if I never returned my order, even though I had proof of the return and they confirmed they received it. Despite that, my refund was denied.Their policy feels like it’s designed to hold your money and hope you eventually give up or forget about it. Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, even when presented with clear evidence.I will never purchase from this brand again. For a company this large, this level of incompetence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

Bought my partner some crocs as a Christmas present, unfortunately they didn't fit and needed returning. Due to buying in November I was slightly outside the 30 day return window. They said it's tough, can offer a discount on another purchase. I did not accept so they offered more, I argued and pointed out that most decent companies offer extended returns at Christmas. Eventually they sent me a returns label. I sent them back and tracking says they were delivered twenty days ago and no refund. Shocking service for a company that has a product people like. I like the pair that I have but I'll never buy any more.

Customer service is a joke
I ordered two pair of Crocs. I received them relatively quickly. One was way too big so I initiated an exchange. I mailed the pair of crocs back and they received them over a week ago. I reached out to the chat and one time it was 20 min and I gave up with no response. The next time it said they were shipped the new one out the next day. Never happened. I called the customer service number and the communication was difficult because of the language barrier. She just kept saying I will get shoes. So, here I am, no refund, no new shoes and no way to find out what the deal is. I will never buy from them again.

First they sent the wrong size. Didn't think much of it and began an exchange. 2 weeks later I heard nothing even about them receiving my return so I called customer (lack of) service. They insisted it took my return ten days to get back to them and are still processing my exchange. Worst customer service!

Crocs sent the wrong size shoes but claim the size on the sole is a US size and the UK size is smaller…all I know is the shoes look and feel massive! Should definitely have looked at these Trustpilot reviews before ordering!

They do not own up to the mistakes of shipping items to incorrect addresses and then want you to do all the leg work to run around to wherever they say they sent the package to in order to find it. Roosevelt Field Mall store are thieves!!!!My daughter purchased a pair of crocs for me for Christmas. At the time of purchase, the store was giving out “FREE” box of giblets for purchases over $65.00. Unfortunately, the crocs didn’t fit me. We both went to the store to return the purchase. Instead of refunding the full amount purchased, they deducted the price of the giblets and was told the giblets is Final Sale. I said but you guys were giving them out for free. It wasn’t a purchase. I was fuming and didn’t get nowhere with the young women. I gave up and swore never to purchase any crocs in the future! They’re are thieves!!!

Buggy website and non existent customer service
Complete mess of a website. I ordred the wrong size (my error). They say you can only change within 30 min of ordering. I contacted customer service but after 24 hours of chasing got an AI reponse. I then replaced the order using a discount code I had. That then bugged and didn't go through and on the second attempt the code didn't work so it was more expensive. After that I put it through on my PayPal so that it would work. They then altered the delivery address to the one on my Paypal without saying so and I still havent recieved a confirmation email an hour later. Complete mess.

As crocs will deny you sent them back !!! YOU WILL ALSO PAY !!!, FOR THE RETURN POSTAGE COST in my case it was 23.00e to return boots to The Netherlands.
