sometimes new is not better...
customer support tech was fine... the issue is with the new platform going from the CTO page to this other multipage link between 260Compliance, Hard Hat, CTO and whatever else, is not very user friendly. Not that the old doesn't needs to change or evolve, but sometimes the old is just fine or better. I've had to call back multiple times to try and get assistance to navigate the new platform, toggling from tab to tab to another page, finding courses i purchased, assigning, un-assigning, then jumping back to member login to learner login, blah, blah, blah... then to check completion, progress or startup of each trainee is also having to jump from page to page. Anyway, previous platform was extremely easy to maneuver through from purchase of courses, view available courses, assignments, list of available users, progress of learners, etc.

No Very Helpful
When I call they said they could switch my course to Spanish and then they said they didn't offer Spanish courses. I bought a total of 5 course and requested 1 refund because the one employee only spoke Spanish and they denied the refund. Compliance Training used to offer Spanish course. When you purchase the courses online it state on the website over 150+ languages. Very disappointing.

Great for renewals!
Great for renewals!this is great for renewing trainings i took my initial about 1-2 years ago and have used compliance training on-line since. I read a lot faster than it allows me to go but its not as drawn out as other training providers and it kept my focus for a lot longer than others as well

Frustrating to enroll employees
This is not a friendly site. You need to call the phone number and have them walk you through enrolling a new employee. They are very helpful, but it would be easier if you didn't have to make the call and just do it on your own.

This training was very complete and accurate to the OSHA guidelines. I do wish there was a way to quit and resume training in the exact same spot necessary if it cannot all be completed in the same setting.

I needed help changing my account to a…
I needed help changing my account to a manager account. I also had to assign training to other employees. I conversed with several people who were of no help at all. Most didn't seem to understand my question and offered no help at all. One person actually asked me to email a former employee. That is unethical and 100% unacceptable. The process took several days.

No refund or customer service
My role as Safety Manager means that I am responsible to get training for all of my employees. We have spent well over $2000 dollars at 360training recently. Now, I have been trying to get a refund for a MSHA class I purchased by mistake and, aside from the initial auto-generated email, have had zero response from 360training. They have been no help, and I assume our money is gone.As well, their HAZWOPER refresher has several out dated pictures, data from 2004, misspellings, misshapen pictures.Add those things to poor customer support and my company will not be returning to this platform for any training.If they contact and help me, I will consider returning.

Nearly 300 slides......
Nearly 300 slides that are over 15 years old. Beyond slow. 2 hours minimum that should be less than an hour
