One month on.. still no refund
I posted a recorded return back on January 27th. Still no sight of my £107 refund.Customer services keep telling me different dates it "should" arrive in my account.Apparently the next date it "should" arrive is March 4th !!!!!!Please explain this appalling delay, it is completely unacceptable.

Absolutley disgusted with boohoo ...i brought 3 items on klarna from boohoo...i returned them to boohoo and nothing was said ...over a month later , klarna were asking me for late payment , even thou i had an email from boohoo stating they had recieved my return....so i contacted boohoo , only to be told that they have given me a gift voucher , which i never asked for or agreed to , so now i will be out of pocket as i will have to pay klarna what boohoo should have payed them ...i never asked for a gift voucher, the refund should have gone back to original payment method ,im absolutley fuming and its really put me off boohoo as the customer service is awful , basically fobing you off with a gift voucher , which i also havent recieved ...

RIP OFF SCAMERS
Boohoo sent me a random pair of PLT joggers instead of the swimsuit I ordered. I returned all items on the order bar one and have not been issued the correct refund amount. It has also gone onto a gift card which I did not want. When trying to resolve the message response I just saying sorry for the frustration and nothing can be done. It is utterly appalling and blatant rip off.

Missing item
I ordered 2 pyjamas sets. Of one I only received the pants, on the other one a buttonhole was so torn that the button will not stay in. Upon contacting the customer service they asked me if I was okay with a %50 refund for the missing item, which I did not agree on, and asked them to send the missing shirt. They then proceeded to send a %50 refund anyway. When I send them that this was not what I agreed on and I wanted to receive the missing item, they again asked me for the item code, which I already had to provide them with 2x in previous emails. They take 0 effort to actually read what you reply or go back in the correspondence to find any information they need to fix a problem they created.

Following on from my previous review written 5th February, entitled I am extremely disappointed. I have no moved to the stage where I am completely and utterly disgusted in the service I have received. Still no word after advising that I hadn't received my refund after returning an item back in November/December. The company is an utter shambles. Will definitely be going straight to their regulatory body.

Used to absolutely love boohoo and I won't ever touch it again now. Used it about a year ago and had terrible service, went back this year to see if it improved and it's terrible. Paid for next day delivery and never received it, had damaged clothes which took forever to sort and now I'm chasing a refund. Customer service is shocking too, they ignore your messages if it's too much hassle for them. Worst company I've used in a very long time

This has been a very disappointing experience. I am based in Portugal and, before placing my order, I carefully reviewed the return policy. The website clearly stated that returns would cost £1.99, which gave me the confidence to proceed with my first purchase.After receiving the item, I unfortunately found that it was too large and needed to arrange a return. However, the returns portal is not functioning, and I have been informed that I must use local postal services at my own expense.This does not reflect the return conditions advertised at the time of purchase. I feel misled, as the actual process differs significantly from what was communicated.As a result, I will not be purchasing from this company again. There are several reputable alternatives in the market, such as NEXT, M&S and ASOS, that offer clearer and more reliable customer policies.

I bought a coat but the lining was all ripped I contacted boohoo and they got back to me very quickly and efficiently said o would get a refund and that they had processed it I didn’t need to send the coat back either very impressed with how efficient the person I dealt with was called Mary Jane it hasn’t put me off buying from here again because I know they will sort the problems out - thank you Mary Jane for dealing with this

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH REFUNDS
I did not receive the item at the correct address, and I no longer need it because it arrived too late for its intended purpose. I had difficulty finding a way to contact the company through their website, and the only available option was Facebook Messenger. I explained the situation, provided my order number, and never received a response. I would like them to collect the item from wherever it was delivered and issue a full refund, as I never received the item myself and now I can't ask refund through the website because I don't actually have the item to ship back.

Never got correct refund
Have been chasing for a refund for my order returned in November. I also have a Premier account so service is despicable. Saying I selected a gift card return method when I didnt (they use a preselected default option which is against UK Trading Law), and as I never seen the email it has now expired and I dont have a refund theyve kept my money. Have gone through Facebook, WhatsApp, and now email.

What a let down
So I've used Boohoo over the years they have sone nice things ! HOWEVER, I ordered a new dress ,I paid the £5.99 for premium service, & lo & behold the dress did not arrive ! Im so angry, ive gone to the WhatsApp to complain sent my name n address & order number only to be repeatedly asked to send these i explained I had & then it was insane id sent everything they asked for through on the messages & was repeatedly asked for the same things,, so annoying then they say they are trying to help ! It felt like they are purposely winding me up, I gave up they tried to blame DPD who messaged me blaming Boohoo! So ........here i am dress-less & 2 companies blaming each other its utter madness no wonder these companies scrapped the phonelines they were sick of complaints! Utter let down ! Its reall really irritating

Diabolical customer service and quality
Diabolical customer service and refund policy! Ordered goods, most were cheap and terrible quality. Returned and they received them on 12/02/2026. It’s now 25/02/2026 and I still haven’t received my refund. All you get when you contact them is an AI chat automated response. Will never order from Boohoo again!

Return process is a con. They offer you a refund via gift card and then via original payment method, in that order. I originally selected gift card by mistake so immediately stopped the process and closed the window before submitting. I then started the process again requesting a refund to the original payment method. I then received an email issuing me a refund on a gift card. I contacted customer services to flag the error they had made as I hadn’t completed the process until I selected original payment method. They claim once a gift card has been issued there is nothing they can do.If their sizing wasn’t so off then I wouldn’t have needed to return the items. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL POSSIBLE COSTS.I will be raising a dispute through my credit card company.

Awful customer service and charged extra post purchase
Placed an order, at check out I manually deselected the seel add on. I received my order confirmation which confirmed it was not on there.24 hours later I received another order email, this time the seel add on was added and so was the £1.99 charge.Regardless of it only being £1.99, this was added without my consent or knowledge! I have tried reaching out to the customer service teams and the responses have been awful. No acknowledgment that this was added without my consent AFTER my purchase was confirmed. They just state the order has been processed and they can’t do anything about it now. Terrible customer service and terrible that they have amended and added something to my order and charged me extra without my consent.

Ordered clothes for my birthday sadly can’t be delivered by today did pay for next day delivery fee that has been refunded but that’s not the point I rather would have the items delivered instead of wasting my time. Will never order from here again
