I ordered 5 things at beginning of…

I ordered 5 things at beginning of January. One piece said it shipped but never arrived. Then they said they would send another one. They credited the other 4 items that didn't ship. The item they shipped the second time didn't arrive either so they credited the item but I was shorted $50.00 from what they originally charged me and told them it was an issue with my back even though I showed them the charge and the credits. I have never had such bad service. I WOULD TELL EVERYONE NEVER TO ORDER FROM HERE

Full Payment but No PRODUCT?

Company oversells their stock and does not communicate with customers with backorders. Order was placed on January 6- its Feb 22 and still no sign of the order.... they still took FULL payment without even fulfilling the order

Wrong order sent, long shipping time

I ordered 1 pair of compression socks, took 10 days to arrive and I opened the package and it’s 5 pairs of ankle socks….ridiculous! Do not buy from this company.

Avoid…terrible customer service

Avoid at all costs…terrible customer service. I ordered Bombas Sunday slippers. When they finally arrived (nearly two weeks) they were far too small (I’m a standard size 5) On the product page the policy clearly states free returns for all items. I tried to initiate a return and it didn’t work. I contacted cut service who said they’d look into would look into the issue and help me. I’ve heard nothing since. I’ll likely need to reclaim my money via my bank. Woeful experience!

There is no customer service only chatbots

There is no customer service. There are only chatbots. Click on the links for FAQs, Help, Returns and all you get are blank pages. Literally. There's nothing there.Although the socks (what I ordered) were pricey ($22/pair) I trusted the You Tuber (Jenna Phipps) that recommended them. BIG mistake. Received them yesterday, 16 February.This is the 2nd company she's recommended that I know for a fact is less than above board. Called her out on the first one. Too bad I didn't look here first.I bought 10 pair similar quality socks on Amazon for $20 (free shipping with Prime) got them in 2 days. Donated 5 pair to a local homeless shelter.

The no shows are advertised as the sock that finally stays on! Sadly they don’t, they slip off the heel in about 5 steps, don’t waste your money if your after a no show that stays on. Sadly the search continues

What the heck happened to this company?

What the heck happened to this company? I used to love this brand and recommend them all the time. Never again. This is not some small little shop located on an isolated mountain, it is a big company! Inexcusable shipping and customer service practices. Another company misunderstanding that AI can be a tool to AID real people, but cannot replace people. I am so offended they have a bot autoresponding to people, posing as a customer service representative. I will be filing a dispute.

Issues with quality, fulfillment and tracking info

Update: it took 2 weeks to get the package during which it was impossible to find tracking info. I am now downgrading from 2 stars to 1 star: big holes in one merino wool sock... They definitely have problems with their fulfillment and shipping process. I posted a negative review here a couple of months ago, but decided to give them another chance since they offered me a credit to make up for my previous experience.So, I reordered items back in inventory. Now waiting after a week to know if it has shipped. Tracking number provided doesn't link to to any information.Sent a message and was told to trust that it has shipped, I will get a notice for tracking at some point - but cannot tell when.Too bad, I love the compression socks but will not order again.

They’ll take your money and not ship the product

I ordered a pair of slippers for my boyfriend and realized almost 2 weeks later that all I had received was an order confirmation. When I reached out to them they informed me that what I had ordered was out of stock. They offered me a gift card or a refund. If I hadn’t reached out they would have just kept my money and never shipped the product????? Bad business.

HORRIBLE customer service

HORRIBLE customer service - it is all driven by bots apparently. Their website clearly states orders ship the same day but that isn't true. My order shipped 5 days later and is lost in transit from their facility to USPS and I keep getting "here's a link to show your status. They tout 100% customer happiness but they should say 1%. I am filing a complaint with my credit card company as clearly they cannot tell me where my order is but were happy to hit my card.

No longer quality socks

I ordered some ankle socks before Thanksgiving. I received them after Christmas due to out of stock issues. The quality of their socks have gone downhill. I literally have washed them less than 5 times and they are piling. Also they do not keep my feet warm like they used to. I always purchased socks that were cotton; however, these do not feel like cotton. I probably am done buying socks from here after purchasing for years. They no longer are good quality.

Avoid this company!

Company sent me slippers that were awful. The quality was terrible! They said to keep the slippers and they would give me a credit. I was more than willing to send back the slippers. However, they said no, keep them and we will give you a credit. After many, many emails, I never received the credit and the quality of the slippers is complete garbage. Do not buy from this company!

Do not waste you time or money

I thought that this was a good and honest company but it's all fake. They claim to have a customer happiness department but this department is either grossly incompetent or they are trained to ignore customer issues. I have been in an endless loop with this department and no one is addressing my concerns:1. I bought slippers and socks for my hubby, nephews, and other family members. Some needed to be returned due to not fitting. I bought everything from a sale but when my returns were credited, I was ultimately charged full price for the items that I kept2. Received a pair of used looking socks3. Why are the socks pilling after 3 weeks (that means worn 3 times)What a disappointment 😞

HUGE drop in quality and responsiveness.

Five years ago I bought several pairs of Bombas merino wool men's socks. The last pair just wore out this week. In Oregon we wore them year 'round, and they lasted for years.Four years ago I bought more merino wool socks, and most of them are still in our rotation.Six months ago there were no merino socks available, just blended ones. I bought 6 pairs and held them for about 90 days before wearing (live in Spain, not cold yet). We started wearing the merino blend ones about 90 days ago and they are already pilling and wearing through.My opinion has gone from 100% positive, cheerleader level, to 33% positive with one order. Are there any plans to bring back the 100% merino men's socks? It took so long to be able to order Bombas in Spain, and now their quality has fallen WAY off. I will certainly never be paying 200 euro to this company again anytime soon.Of course, I expect nothing but more disappointment from sharing this information.

A simple exchange has taken forever

A simple exchange has taken forever! Still no product in hand. Simply asked for larger size in same exact product and now when I report they’ve had my return for over 2 weeks they ask what I want. They require return before sending new product, but apparently have no intention of sending new product.

Idiots

First off, I love the Sunday slippers (so far). They were a gift, perfect fit. The socks are terrible. I wrote to Bombas and got a totally idiot reply. They did not address my issue or questions. Womens size 7 is my size. The length of the socks are perfect. However I can barely pull the socks onto my calf. I am 5'1", 105 lbs.my legs are not fat or swollen. And I did not wash, dry or otherwise shrink them. Unfortunately I have a gift certificate for them. I guess I'll order another pair of slippers then write the company off as a bad investment. Note, not sure of exact date. They came as a gift.

Awful customer service - do not recommend

They used to be wonderful - excellent customer service. That is absolutely no longer the case (as you can see from all of the trust pilot reviews). The quality of the product has declined as has the customer service. I regularly order from Bombas, and have multiple pairs of slipper socks. I decided to order the slipper sock booties (which should have been the same thing, just a little taller). They were awful - terrible fit and terrible material. I decided to return them for a refund - they are not cheap ($140 for 2). I sent back the items, got an email saying my $140 refund is “complete” (seems that it was store credit). I went into my “wallet” and there was only $90 in store credit. I reached out to Bombas immediately, and have been going back and forth with them for a week (sometimes they don’t respond for days). Only for them to not actually look at the account and just make up BS excuses. For instance, the agent today told me a portion of the gift card was used on a different order. The order she noted was made in December. My return happened in January. How could I have used the funds a month before I got the funds?? Please make it make sense!! Unfortunate because I used to love the product, but now I will not be ordering from them in the future due to this type of service.

I purchased Bombas socks online about five years ago, and after heavy use a few pairs recently developed holes, which felt reasonable given how long they lasted.Bombas Happiness Guarantee exceeded my expectations.
