Nicolas was the man and made the trip so special. We had some issues with traffic but he was so understanding and was willing to work with us to make the full trip happen. His boat came stocked with everything promised and we had a fantastic time. 100% would recommend!

I wish I’d never heard of boatsetter…
I wish I’d never heard of boatsetter and I encourage everyone to not go anywhere near this company. My wife and I rented a pontoon boat out of Florida 2 weeks. We followed all the boat rules, bought the insurance and had a very nice day. The Garmin navigation started to malfunction during the trip. I reported this when I back and apparently a bracket came loose causing the Garmin wire to get cut by the motor. I never hit bottom or anything else.I strongly suspect this was a maintenance issue.There is a $500 boat deposit in addition to the boat insurance and they kept it “pending an objective investigation “. The only thing they told me was that it was working when I rented and it and was broken when I got back. They sent a checklist I had signed when I rented the boat that everything was working. How was I supposed to check a bracket that was underwater? And when I tried to call the claims office I was told every time that due to legal reasons, they won’t talk on the phone, they only send emails (which were non informative and worthless). So, I was not able to talk to anyone, got no repair invoices, there is no proof that I did anything to cause damage (because I didn’t) and they simply took my $500 on top of the rental fee and the insurance I bought. This is a predatory company. Be warned

Fantastic Crew and Owner
Amazing experience on the Seabiscuit. Our captain (Ernie) was so personable and our Steward (Sam) was amazing. They treated my family to an amazing adventure and just made our whole day special...especially our 78 yr old Father who loved them both. The boat was immaculate...pictures didn't do it justice. Can't wait to book with them again!

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. I booked a yacht for New Year’s Eve 2024. My family flew to Miami to DC for the NYE celebration. The boat owner cancelled literally a few hours before it was time to board. Boatsetter was not able to find another available option. I had to spend an extra $1k to book with another company last minute. Completely unacceptable.
