Disappointing support from a premium brand
I bought a BMC Twostroke 01 Five in November and have been seriously disappointed. As soon as the season started this spring, I noticed the seatpost kept slipping or twisting – even with carbon paste, proper installation, and torque applied within the recommended range.I contacted BMC support multiple times, sent videos and photos, and followed all instructions. After weeks of waiting, they eventually offered a frame replacement – but only starting in July, and only in a color that doesn’t even match the model I originally bought.Until then, the bike is basically unusable for me. I bought it to race this summer, but now I’m stuck waiting months for a fix. This is not what I expected from a brand with BMC’s reputation.
