Not working as 100% as expected but I'm still somewhat happy with the results after a couple of years. The problem is that the support has ended and I feel that I will not have any feedback in the future if it goes wrong as I've seen in many other users claiming such.
We brought this Bark control device at didn't work at all . We tried to call and email with no success of getting our money back . So if the barkly company reads this as they do please get in contact. ASAP
I wish I had checked this website before I ordered, trying to get a refund under their 30 day return policy, no answer to numerous emails and they obviously don’t post bad reviews on their own website! I would like to give it minus stars!*** Have now reported them to PayPal, please do the same if you’ve had problems***
Very unhappy that I cannot get into contact with anyone! In less than a month they seem to have magically disappear, but happily took our money and didn't send the full order! All we are asking is for our order to be chased up and someone to reply!
I was so thrilled to get my order, but I got so disappointed when it arrived. Could barely see that it was my dog even though the picture I sent was good..Ordered 2 coffee cups and they were both broken. Pieces all over the box and 1 of the handles to the cups was completely off so had to throw it away.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO ORDER THE COFFEE CUPS!
My boyfriends mom ordered a blanket from here, and it came out awful. She emailed asking if she could return it and send a different photograph.. and they emailed her back saying no. Wouldn’t refund it would replace it. So now she’s stuck with this blanket she hates because it looks awful.
Barkly is impossible to contact. We have been waiting for our order for over a month now, and the blanket we ordered still has not been created or processed. I've sent them message after message without any response. Hoping a bad review will finally get their attention so I can find out why nothing has been done yet. We won't be ordering from Barkly again. Waste of time and money.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They shipped me the completely wrong order, even after I checked with them to make sure it would come correct. I have email proof with them assuring me it would be correct. I get the product 2 months later, incorrect. All they are offering me is 50% off to make a new order........ HORRIBLE.
So happy with our blanket! Was well worth the wait. The detail is incredible and it’s so soft. Definitely recommend
the shipping issue was a mess but im 110%blown away with this blanket. i lost my 2 rats a few months ago and i got them on this blanket. i havent stopped crying because im so happy. thank you guys
with this coronavirus deal, i expected a delay in shipping. i ordered the product in january and it arrived at the beginning of may. that is okay, i understand that safety is first. the print does look like my dog, and the blanket is very soft. but i am a little disappointed in the quality of the product. i spent $80 on a blanket that is kind of cheap. Barkly was friendly in replying to me, but i really wish they sent me more updates about the situation with covid but i had to go to them instead. overall, the blanket is nice although i wish it wasn’t so much money, and i understand that shipping was difficult during this hard time. thanks, Barkly.
Not impressed with how long it's taken to get my blanket. I haven't gotten it yet and it's been over a month since I ordered it. I contacted support and they only told me what I already knew. It's been sitting in a warehouse waiting for a label for over 2 weeks. This was supposed to be a birthday gift for my fiance and I haven't been able to give it to him yet.
Can’t really review the product as i still have not received it after ordering on the 26th of Feb. Customer service has been absolutely terrible, instead of them getting in contact with their customer and providing updates with the changing situation. you have to reach out after the shipping period is long over for them to tell you another 25 days. I would not be so disappointed if they had reached out to advise in the extended time in delivery, instead of leaving their customers in the dark.

After our family lost one of our two dogs due to old age, my sister was heartbroken. Giving her the blanket with the dog we lost and the dog we still have made her very happy and teary eyed.
