I have arthritis in both my feet and have tried multiple name brand western men's footwear products in the past years.There is just something about Ariat western and hiking boot footwear that gets, wears, and looks great on my feet.I wear R toe Ariat western boots and I'm on my fourth pair starting in 2016. I get the heel pads change when they wear, and they just keep on running.
Being a member of Ariat gives me free shipping both ways (if I need to return or exchange) and member rewards on TOP of access to all their great products. I shop their sales regularly and have loved all that I've gotten for myself and my husband.

Last year I purchased a pair of Activator Work Boots that were, without question, the most comfortable work boots I’ve ever owned. I can spend long hours on my feet at the machine, and they performed exactly as I hoped.After about a month of use, however, the rear sole began coming unglued. For a $200 pair of boots, I didn’t feel that was reasonable, so I submitted a warranty request through your website but never received a response.While attending a work event in Las Vegas, I visited one of your retail stores and showed them the boots. The staff there were excellent—very helpful and apologetic—and they exchanged the boots for another model since they didn’t carry the Activators in stock. I appreciated their effort, but I ultimately ended up with a pair I didn’t really want.I’ve owned many pairs of your boots over the years and have never had an issue, which is why this experience stood out. I was hoping the warranty process could have been handled a bit differently.For what it’s worth, I did buy another pair of Activators afterward, and they’ve been great with no problems.
From pull on work boots to rebar work pants these products are comfortable, tough and fit well. Most recommended

I bought the Bench made Western boots in January (over $800 with tax). Less than 30 days later, the exact same boots went on sale for over $200 less. Ariat refused a price adjustment and instead told me to return the boots and repurchase them.That response is inefficient, wasteful, and out of step with standard customer service practices. For a brand that emphasizes quality and values, this was disappointing. Great boots, but poor customer care and an inflexible policy.
Terrible company. They lost my shoes wouldn’t send me a new pair. Made me wait a month before they give me a refund and still wouldn’t send me a new pair of shoes at the same price as the other ones. With all these complaints, we need to file with FTC so they start looking into this company and hire better employees and quit abusing their customers and using our money to run their business and not giving us product. Beth Cross you’re going down.
I purchased a pair of boots and actually received them promptly. However...... . They didnt fit so I returned them the next day to exchange for a different size. They received my return on January 26th. Today is February 7th and I still dont have my order. I called them 2 days ago and they said the system never updated the return so the promised to send them free 2 day shipping. I called back today, 2 days later, and they finally sent me a tracking number and after checking, they haven't even sent them out yet!! Ridiculous!! You might as well return and get a refund and then purchase again. Wow! Such incompetence! And the agents act like.... oh well.... is there anything else I can do for you? What a joke!
I purchased a pair of boots which have been worn 2-3 times! The tongue of the boot is completely eviscerated!
I walked away from Ariat but came back to try them again based on a friends recommendation that they had improved. They have not, my boots fell apart in 2 months. I was told I would hear back in 24 to 72 hours which they never called me back. I called again and they said I don’t know why someone told you that we will get back to you so soon and then promised to hear back the same day or the next- still haven’t hear back. Terrible customer service- terrible product quality.
Bought a pair of 60.00 slippers with soles and only to have them lean to the outside as if I'm a side walker!! Plus no support. Wouldnt recommend.
I purchased a pair of men’s leather dealers boots £150 aprox, they basically fell to pieces, the leather bands on the heel went first followed by the rest of the boots, I stupidly purchased another pair and they went exactly the same, shockingly poor quality, you will get more life out of a pair of screwfix dealers for £30 .
If I could give a zero I would, their customer service is probably the worst I have came across in a long time. I should have came on and read the reviews before ordering directly from Ariat, thinking that it would be better to order direct. I ordered some boots as a gift for Christmas, they came and did not fit. I started the return process what a joke to say the least. It has now been over three weeks, I have called 5 times, asked for a supervisor 3 times and one is never available. I just received an email today that my exchange has shipped. Oh that was funny. If you finish reading the email it said that a refund was being processed in another 8-10 days. If I wouldn't have read the entire email I would have waited for a shipment. I called once again and talked to Phoenix, she was rude and not much help at all. Just that I have to wait 8-10 days for a refund. I am calling my bank today. After 5 calls and still no call back from a supervisor. They were even charging me more for my new exchange order for the same thing. Be careful with this company
I’m highly disappointed in Ariat to say the least. I ordered men’s slippers for my boyfriend for Christmas. One of the slippers was defective, so I exchanged them. Not only did I never receive an exchange but I was sent an email saying (I am paraphrasing) “your return has been processed 0.00$. I then emailed seeing is I was receiving my exchange because it had been weeks. To this day it’s been a month. Instead of a real person helping me I received two of the exact emails on the email thread that told me basically sorry you’re unhappy with the product and how to go about returning the product. Not only had I already returned the product and the product was received and processed but I had no exchange and no refund so that automative email was not only not helpful but highly obnoxious. I called customer service where it seems customer service must work remote. This guy answered and it sounded like he was driving. He couldn’t hear anything I was saying and I heard a lot of echoing of my own voice from his end. He told me he would forward the issue and seemingly took down my email but nothing ever came from that. No email was sent. It was pointless. I will now call my bank today to make a claim to get my money back. Like I said highly disappointed in this brand and the customer service.
Good products but the customer service is non existent if you have any problems including faults they won’t respond to you. Not sure if this is a company practice but it’s against the consumer rights act. If you’re going to purchase use a credit card so someone can fight your corner because they will ignore your requests. Ironically email the about a bulk order they get straight back to you
Poor customer service and communication. I bought a pair of boots for a Christmas present. They were shipped and received. The day after Christmas I returned and requested a smaller size. After many emails and phone conversations I gave up trying to get a tracking number and requested a refund. My return was accepted on Jan 5. No one can give me any info except all supervisors are in a meeting. Ariat should be better than this. No phone calls and one e mail this morning stating my case was closed. Another call to them and another useless promise.
